I ordered this May 2023, I've already had to replace it. I wouldn't recomment it at all

If you have back and leg issues this is not the chair for you.  The back of the chair cuts across the middle of your back, padded headrest make your head jut forward, seat is not deep enough to support under back of knees.
Putting it together takes about an hour. Taking it apart to ship back takes longer as you have to gently remove the base with a rubber mallet and have to use a wrench and a towel to remove the numatic lift.  Get it back into the box it was shipped in.
