Rated 5 out of 5 by from i have TWO I bring coffee with me everyday to work, i have one mug for the morning and one for the afternoon. the second one does loose some heat but it's still warm by the time i get to it, though if you do that take a separate creamer to keep it from curdling. after a while the rubber stop can come loose but that's an easy fix to just put it back in place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks The second time I used my Bubba Keg the rubber gasket fell out. I didn't realize it until I poured coffee all over. I sent an email to the company requesting another gasket. They asked for a copy of my receipt, which I sent. They then asked for a picture of the Bubba Keg along with the number stamped on the bottom. I sent that as well. They informed me it would be 6 weeks to receive my gasket. It has now been 4 months and I have sent two additional emails asking where my gasket might be. I now have a $20 Bubba Keg that is worthless. Terrible customer service!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warranty is BOGUS Don't buy these products! The "Lifetime warranty" is bogus! I bought a 34 oz Bubba mug a few months ago. When I left out out on the deck in the sun for a few hours the insulation inside expanded and split the mug apart. I went to the website, filled out the claim form, sent them pics, and they agreed to send me a new one.They emailed me saying that they would ship my replacement within three weeks, and then it could take up to ten business days after that to arrive. After five weeks,(three weeks plus ten business days is five weeks.) I had not received it yet so I emailed again. I got an email back saying "Please note that the process for receiving a replacement will take up to 8-10 weeks". Huh? Told me five weeks to begin with now its ten? So I waited another five weeks. Still no replacement. I emailed again asking why I don't have it yet. That was three week ago, and I still haven't received any response from them. I posted a comment on the Bubba Brands facebook page 2 weeks ago and the person there said he'd look into it.That was 2 weeks ago and still no response from him either. Thats now 13 weeks, one quarter of a year since I filed my claim and it was approved. Disgusting excuse for customer service. Complete lack of respect for their customers. I'll never buy another of their products, and I advise others to avoid them as well.
