We just bought two different long sleeve zip rash guard shirts and I love them. We bought one in a 3T and one in a 4T. My daughter is only 2 but the 3T fits her really well (she will grow into the 4T, even though it's not that big on her, the sleeves are just too long so we have to roll them up a bit). I highly recommend the shirts with the zipper versus the ones without - it really makes getting the wet long sleeves off much easier! The sizing is a bit small for our daughter, so I recommend buying one size up (our daughter wears 2T in normal clothes but the 3T in this swim shirt fits her really well).

Green Sprouts

Our pediatrician advises against sunscreen for littles under 6 months. For our upcoming beach trip we knew we needed some high quality products that provided UPF protection in combination with keeping our daughter cool in the shade as much as possible. We had no sunburns (thankfully). Even though it is long sleeves, she did not get any warmer than she would in short sleeve onesies. It was comfy and stretchy making it easy to get on! We love that green sprouts is a great brand we can trust with our littles' sensitive skin!

Must Have for Littles at the Beach

I bought this a few weeks ago - perfect for playing in our little pool in the backyard.  My son is 21 months and starts shivering when he's wet in the shade even when it's 90 degrees out, so I got this to keep him warm and also to protect from sunburn.  I bought a 3T rashguard since there is no 2T option for some reason - the 3T fits my 21 month old well in the body but sleeves are too long so I just roll them up one time and it works fine and hope to get to use it longer this way.  Machine wash, line dry.  Love the zipper too!  (I also bought the iPlay breathable longsleeved shirt and use that almost every day outdoors in the heat or at the beach too since it also dries fast - the rashguard is better for actually going in the water, the breathable shirt for just hanging out in the sun and not having to slather on as much sunscreen.)

Good for keeping little ones warm in the water!

I bought this shirt with a diaper swimming bottom, and hat for my 2 month old and love it! The size is 6 months but I saw on other reviews that they run small, and was pleased to see that it's a little big, but baby can still wear it. It's super light and baby looks adorable in it while being protected from the sun! Plus they sent us an extra gift in the package, thanks!

Great quality and very cute!

We love this rash guard shirt and used it as the top half of our one year old's swim suit along with a green sprouts swim diaper all summer. It made changes and sunscreen a breeze, so we could just focus on having fun! I recommend sizing up as you can always roll the sleeves and keep using it as your little one grows.

Best summer swim top!

I am giving the white rashguard a 4 stars only because of sizing.  I love the Green Sprouts brand and the quality of the products. The sizing is off a bit though. My son wears 24 months usually, sometimes can fit 2T. I purchased 6 months last summer for him when he was 3-4 months but had to get the 12 months as it was way too small. With that knowledge, I sized up this summer and it fits well. Sleeves a bit long but I know he wouldn't have fit a 2T. To give a reference, he is a big boy at 14 months now he weighs about 26# and is about 33" tall. But I do feel this runs small even though he is big for his age.

Almost perfect!

We love this rashguard! My 15 month old son just recently started ISR lessons and this rashguard is perfect for keeping him warm. It's not too tight and the zipper helps taking it off when super wet! Would definitely recommend this product. And we will be getting more soon!

Rashguard

First day in the pool and no sunburns for my very fair-skinned 5-month old! I love the zipper on this shirt, it makes it so easy to put it on/take off. The sleeves are nice and long to protect the skin, I just wish the torso was a tad longer as it already sits on top of baby's hip and I fear she will outgrow it quicker. Great shirt nonetheless and it does the job!

Great SPF protection

I LOVE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THIS PRODUCT. i BOUGHT A 3T FOR MY ALMOST 2YR OLD SON and it is just the right fit. Based on that piece of information I would not say the fit is true to size. I have bought many other products of which I will also leave a review and state which ones did and did not. To be on the safe side, buy up.

Nice material and design, not quite true to size

This is such a great rash-guard. My 3yo loves it. He's is very small for his age and wears a 3T so maybe size up if you have an average size 3yo.

runs small and is short in the torso.  My kid is on the smaller side for his size and it is still short, so he bends over and his back shows and his belly is constantly out.
