I bought this rack specifically for competing in a chicken competition. My brother and I are 4-time grand champions of a competition in Gainesville, GA and this little gem helped cook our Apple Bourbon Chicken Wings to perfection, enough to place 1st Place for Smoked Wings in the Professional Division! My Woodwind Pellet Smoker performed like a dream! This allowed us to pump out chicken of the highest quality and max quantity. The only con is the racks are a  little time consuming to clean, but creating award-winning chicken makes it worth it!

A Must for Maximizing cooking space!

I bought this to make beef jerky and it worked beautifully.  I put 4 pounds of sliced jerky in the smoker at once.  Without the racks it would have taken several batches to cure that much meat.  The money I spent on the rack will be saved in wood pellets by being able to stuff a lot of meat into the smoker at once.  Looking forward to trying different jerky recipes. yum.

Fit perfectly, tons of surface area

Used this smoker three times so far and it is easily the best and easiest to use smoker I have used. You can almost set it and forget it. Great recipes on the internet walk you through an easy process. Then a very simple and easy clean

Smokes and cooks great. Cleanup easy

These racks are great for smoking salmon. Doesn't stick and you can load additional cooks. I was able to smoke ribs and salmon at the same time. Both were awesome!

have already cooked some jerky, chicken wings, and extra baby back ribs with them.  AWESOME!!!  The extra cooking space is a game changer.

Love the Racks

Super easy installation. Works great. Cooked several racks of jerky at a time. I also used it and smoked 6 racks of pork ribs at one time

Jerky Rack

Had to get this, I make a lot of jerky in a dehydrator. Add smoke and I have the best jerky for miles around.

Perfect fit and functionality

I just got my jerky rack and I love it! I've already made jerky twice with this rack on my new Woodwind, which I also love! I think I'll also be trying this rack for chicken wings!

Great rack

Easy to install, however the racks are very tight to insert and remove...made a batch of jerky per Camp Chef instructions and it came out marvelous! My wife raved over the Teriyaki style and the peppery style was very good too. The racks cleaned up surprisingly easy too.

Love the racks but it would be nice if they were all 3 the size of the smaller rack of the 3 so you could rotate them as you were cooking you can't take the bottom 2 and move up the top one will fit all 3 spots the price was high but I do like em just the top jerky took much longer than the bottom and I couldn't rotate it. Quality was ok with some wires not lined up straight

Need same size racks all like the top one

The three horizontal jerky rack shelves come with two vertical side walls to set the racks into place. After uninstalling the bolted in brackets for your normal warming rack (which is a silly design), you just set these two walls under the main bottom grill grates and slide your jerky racks into the grooves in the walls. The problem is that the walls/brackets are too far apart and the shelves fall down on one another. The ‘grooves' that come out of the walls to hold the jerky racks in place need to be about a half inch or so longer so the racks can actually fit in between the walls. Like another reviewer here, I had to put tin foil in the grill to push the walls closer together so the racks will stay in place. Otherwise the top rack I had to delicately place crooked on the top of the rack to not fall down. Maybe my walls are bent, but they sure don't seem like it. Kind of a giant waste of money in my opinion.
