Each to their own, but aged Gouda is just the bomb. Grab your potato peeler and take some thin slices of this cheese to a plate. Serve it and your guests (or just you!) will be in cheese heaven.

The best supermarket cheese?

This Gouda cheese was very unlike Gouda, it was more like Parmesan as it was very hard and dry. I did not like it
