Been using these off and on for years, I don't get aches and pains like when taking certain store brands. Good amount of nutrients for the money. Don't like the fact they use a bit of hydrogenated oil and synthetic dyes but for the price what can you expect. Its a small amount and if you consume very little in other foods you won't have a problem. I have allergies, asthma and ibs and this vitamin doesn't bother me, helps me absorb more nutrients with the ibs issues. Just don't feel as good when I don't take it for a few days. Tried several other brands this one doesn't bother me at all.

Works for me, price is good.

This is not my usual brand, bought this on the go and it was on sale. I took this vitamin for one month and really did not feel any effectiveness, my body seemed to be craving something and I felt less energetic/tired; not like my usual vitamin does.
Sure it was cheaper, had eye-catching packaging and is sold basically everywhere, but if the important effects/nutrients are not present, what good is it? I am not a scientist by any means, but I sure can read my body and it was not happy with this product. Also, the pill size is too big in my opinion, needed to be a bit smaller, had trouble swallowing it.
I will definitely pay the extra dollars, stick with my good ol' faithful and feel the full effects/vitality my body had prior.
Sorry, will not recommend and will not buy again.
