Works perfectly fine, gets nice and hot and cooks the batter quickly and evenly. My only critique is the wooden tool that came with it isn't the greatest to spread the batter onto the griddle.

I like to make my crepes on it because they come out professional looking. I've received compliments from many family members that I cook for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very easy to use! I was surprised how simple it is to flip the crepes with the wooden spatula thingy. The flour mixture is kind of difficult to control the thickness. It can't be too dilute nor too thick The wooden batter spreader was fun and made my crepes a nice even thickness. I had to turn it pretty near high to get the color I wanted. My friends were very impressed with all my crepes! Friends have asked to borrow it since, so they can impress their families. The griddle itself is easy enough to clean!

There were no instructions included with this crepe maker so it was “hit and miss” using it and guessing how high the heat needed to be.  Instructions for using the spreader and a recommended recipe would also be useful.  My crepes turned out OK although the first few were a towel loss.
