These were pretty good but my roommate kept trying to shove them up his bum. I think I need a new roommate.

Not too shabby!

Easy to deal with, doesn't *really* need peeling, absorbs oils and spices admirably. I also find that it keeps well in the fridge for quite a long time.  What's not to like?

I'm getting fond of this vegetable!

They are very fresh and firm.  I love them

The Chinese Eggplant is a good choice. It arrived in good condition but needed to be used quickly. Good colour and taste.
