Good shake

I got this for my daughter as she was recently diagnosed as lactose intolerant.  She is very happy with products such as these.  She expected it to be bland and was surprised by the taste and the energy it gives her.

Great taste and value!

I got this as a free sample and I'm really happy with it. The protein is great for helping with muscle soreness and recovery after a workout. The taste is good and the texture, but maybe take this with a grain of salt coming from me who really enjoys the Boost meal replacement drinks just for fun. I love that it's lactose free. I probably wouldn't buy it myself because I don't like all of the packaging. I would prefer just a jar of protein powder to mix myself.

The shakes are good, but the batch I got had some expired ones in it. This product doesn't have as many preservatives as regular Boost, so you really need to check the expiry date on the top of the cartons. I didn't know until I tried to drink one of the shakes that it had expired.

Some of these were expired!

This is a supposed replacement for the Boost Complete+ which they no longer have. It was recommended by my doctor for weight loss. My one complaint is that there is a different taste than the other Boost chocolate products I have tried.

Make sure to check the best before date. We had two boxes within two weeks of the date and it was thick and sludgy heavy chemical taste.

They packed several units into one big box with a very bad tape job which caused a disruption with the shipping and the carrier refused to deliver. dropped at post office where they to refused to deal with the damaged half oprned heavy box

Bery bad shipping service

Terrible, horrible. Was three months out of date when it was delivered and chunky. I'll never be able to drink this stuff again, it was ruined by that one bad experience.

Strong artificial sweetener taste - did not like that.  I ended up mixing it almost 50/50 with milk to make a more palatable flavour.  As well, it gave me a headache due to the artificial sweeteners.
