I've got a day or two without a shower (I know, disgusting) and I have naturally oily skin anyways (double yikes!). I didn't have time to shower before practice and i picked this up at the grocery store, hoping it would help. OHMYGOODNESS. All of my shine, completely gone! Thank you so much Clean & Clear, my skin is finally zit free and non-shiny :)

I got this today and i used it........it made my face really soft and not gunky like when its really oily. my nose was still a little shiny. i read in some reviews that it starts to work overnight or something, and i really hope it does! i love the smell of it and what it feels like on my skin.

I'm not sure

I have always had problems with oily skightly acne prone skin and have gone through a lot of products to find something that actually works for me. I was skeptical at first but I have been using this cleanser for 2 months now and it is amazing. This is a really good cleanser that isnt to harsh on my skin and helps a lot with preventing oil. I use the advantage moisturizer afterwards. Both of these products are definitely a keeper.

I use this product all the time honestly this works the best for me. I wake up use this along and then put on the Persa-Gel 10 Acne Medication and this combo works so amazing it keeps my skin dry and I rarely get acne anymore and I am 15. I honestly can not live with out this.

Perfect

I love this cleanser!! I noticed amazing results very quickly right when I first used it, and my skin was a lot smoother, less oily. I had a spot that had just started when I first used it, and by the next day, it was almost completely gone! I have been using this cleanser for a few days, I am already very glad that I bought it. Definetly going to use this a lot for school!! I really recommend trying out this cleanser.

I'm normally skeptical of non-prescription products, but this actually works as advertised. No, it doesn't eliminate oil, but it really does control it. My face is usually super oily and shiny, and since I've started using this cleanser as part of my morning routine, I've noticed a drastic decline in the amount of oil on my face. My make up lasts longer and looks better, and my face isn't nearly as shiny as it used to be.

Keeps the oil at bay

I felt this kept my skin w/ a matte finish for only a few hours and then I was back to blotting away. I felt that my oilyness even got worse as I used the product, I ended up giving have the cleanser away. Sorry clean and clear, I just wasn't impressed.

Not Super Impressed

I'm not very happy with my results . It made my skin very dry and i didn't see anything improve at all . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT . If you do have problems with acne i recommend Nutrogena All Day . If you wash properly you will get AMAZING results

My review

Why fix it if it isn't broke???? The original oil absorbing cleanser was a much better product!!!! The original had the consistency of toothpaste but this new product is too runny (like cheap shampoo), and squeezes out too fast that it runs all over. Bring the original back!!!!!!!!!

"advantage" - No!

I have always struggled with oily skin and the fact that this product contained powder particles drew me in. I always read that you -shouldn't- use anything that is oil-absorbing because it causes your skin to produce even MORE oil. Obviously, I ignored that advice and this product did just that -- it made my skin waaaaaay more oily than it ever was to begin with. It smelled great and the texture felt awesome, but unfortunately, it just did not work well on my skin type. I'm going to stick to using my favorite: Clean&Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser (which is also oil-absorbing, but works perfectly for me... go figure).
