haven't had a brand new cooler for 25 yrs. Needed bigger one for trip. What caught my eye when searching was the 5 day at 90 degrees part. Trip to Fla. took three days, cooler stayed in car the whole time and was was still mostly frozen when the cold food was put in fridge.

This cooler is fantastic. It is very solid and durable. It fits nicely in a trunk. I traveled by car from GA to NY and the ice in the cooler did not melt. It has a great top seal. The inside of the cooler after being emptied, wiped, and open still emitted coolness to the touch. The cup holders on top are a great added touch. The side handles are also great because it is easy to carry (as I watched by boyfriend transport it) and the handles do not protrude from the sides making it easy to balance it on its side when ready to store it. I purchased it using site to store and it was available to me for pick up the same day I bought it. This was a great purchase.

I keep beverages in my cooler all week and with this cooler I only have to add ice about every 4 days. I have many other coolers and so far this is doing the best job.

Keeps you stuff cold!

EVERYONE I SHOW THE COOLER OR SEEN IT COULD NOT BELEVE THAT IT WAS 31.OO DOLLARS. AND IT DOES WHAT IT SHOULD KEEP IT COLD AND FOR LONG TIME U CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS GREAT BUY.WE PUT 38LB STRIPPER IN IT NO PROBLEM. GOOD NO GREAT DEAL THANKS WALMART

GREAT COOLER

There is a feral cat in my neighborhood and I bought this so he would have cover in the winter.   I think it is just the right size and very well insulated with a secure lid for easy cleanout in the Spring.

We were looking for a cooler to take on boating trips and this cooler fit the bill! We put a 20 pound bag of ice, kept in the bag it came in, on the bottom of the cooler and placed our food items on top. After 3 full days, the ice still had half the bag left for our next trip! Great size too! We used a separate cooler for drinks as suggested. Saved on having to open cooler more than necessary.

This is a Christmas gift and we were quite pleased to see the size and quality of this cooler. Its sturdy, well made , not too heavy empty, and will hold a substantial amount of drinks and food.

Sturdy cooler!

Coleman makes a confusing array of Xtreme coolers; thus, it is easy to not get what you think you are getting.  This particular model has only 1" think walls so it will not keep your food cold for as long as the Xtreme  models with 2" think walls.  Both models have the same product name, but different model numbers.  It would be better if Walmart and their partners placed the exact model number in the description.  I am disappointed with this one, but it is still useful.

It keeps the water cool for longer than my old cooler but the lid of the cooler is coming apart the screws got loose and we had to super glue both sides because both sides became loose and didn't tighten anymore I work in landscaping so we was hoping this cooler would last long but it's coming apart after 3 weeks
