I bought this because it had instastart and held a 12 and 10" pan. I've only used once but it didn't disappoint.  I wish it had come with a case. It says the case to order in the box. But when it came in, it was the wrong one. Pain.

This may not be the top quality product but it's the best you can get at mid-range category, also for a nice price. Works very well, feels very sturdy unlike those cheap brands, no specific downside I can say.

Best stove at mid-range.

It's not the best quality and scratches easily but gets the job done. I live in Florida, so having this as a back up when the power is out is great. I do have a grill but I don't always want to be bothered with the big grill especially if I just have something small and quick to do during a storm.

The Triton is reliable and a good value.   It's classic good looks, functionality and durability are something that I trust

I gave 4 starts because the 2 knobs are loose so you actually need to hold the whole device to turn the knob or it will come off on your hands. A little disappointing being a Coleman product but at the end of the day it does the job.

Mixed reviews on this stove.  It's light, easy to use, and does a good job.  
It needs some design improvements that in my mind are significant.  The burner control knob turns 3.5 full turns.  Yet off to 100% on occurs in just 1/4 turn.  It makes it hard to get precise flame control.  What do the remaining 3.25 turns do????
Also you must firmly push down on the stove with one hand while pushing in the igniter button.  Otherwise you will end up pushing the stove off the table.

Mixed reviews on this stove.

The main difference between this and the regular Coleman is the ignition button.  I happen to value that feature.

Triton Stove

It is poorly constructed. One burner was bent. One igniter was bent beyond use. The burner has two levels, high and off. One night out and rust appeared on some edges. The threads in the regulator would not screw on to a Coleman propane tank. I did manage to repair the threads. Cheap cheap junk.

Coleman should be embarrassed

Out of the box I could not connect the gas connector because the interior nozzle did not line up the hole in the side. I should have returned it right away but as I needed the stove in two days for a trip I took it apart and aligned the nozzle to fit.  After I got it back together I discovered that one burner would not light ( and yes I did make sure that I reassembled it correctly). I then took it back and went to a camping store and bought a Camp Chef stove that worked perfectly. Coleman use to be considered a quality product but maybe no longer.
