It’s a versatile cheddar that’s perfect for a variety of uses. Slice or cube our cheddar to serve it alongside fruit or meats on a charcuterie tray. Melt it between sliced bread for a deliciously nippy grilled cheese sandwich. Or grate it over casseroles, gratin or nachos for a golden crust that’s ooey, gooey and delicious underneath. Our rugged, English cheddar cheese is aged for a full 15 months to bring out its rich flavour and to enhance its firm texture (with a bit of bite!). Made with vegetable-based starter culture and rennet; suitable for vegetarian diets.

This is the only real cheddar cheese I've ever had in Canada people down voting this as bad cheese “sour” and “crumbly” the sour is called sharpness and the crumble and salt flakes in this cheese show it was aged properly this is a beautiful cheese, if you don't like a real mature extra sharp cheddar then go buy black diamond flavourless plastic cheese.
