I've had one for many years that was unfortunately dropped and broken, I ordered one on line and received it in short order for a great price and it's perfect. Easy process to order, quick delivery, not much to say about product, always consistent and works very well.

Overall excellent experience

This is a good value/price. It's not an expensive slow cooker that makes what is expected to do. Nothing fancy, indeed basic. Some things that I don't like; very short power cable (maybe it is the standard length for slow cookers, if not… make it longer please!); cover to small (it doesn't fit the available cover space of the ceramic cooker); and I think that the description “Oval Programmable Slow Cooker” is misleading. The fact is that has 4 preset cooking programs… YOU CAN'T PROGRAM. I was willing to give a 4 stars rating, but after this last fact I will give a 3 stars rating. It's a good slow cooker for the price but the description was misleading for me. I was expecting to program it… but I can't. This being said… I think that the 4 preset programs are good enough.

Good price, some flaws and misleading information.

This is my second crock pot of this model and I am very disappointed. It sees to have a very hot spot on the back part, so much that I willnot use it again for fear of burning down my house. Both slow coakers had this problem. Will not buy this brand again.

Seems to have a hot spot or burn in the back

I recently purchased this crock pot and it works as expected however while unpacking the crock pot I noticed a crack in the glazing of the crock itself.

Great Crock Pot but showed up damaged

[Employee of walmartcanada] I've had the programable for many years and finally had to get a new one.  Loved it. I only wish this one had the lid like the old style that was attached at the back but removable for cleaning.

Crock Pot 6.5 Programable

Still have this Crock Pot model and still use it. After 26 years of good use I am starting to look at purchasing a new one. Only thing I've had an issue with is the lid handle which I ordered and replaced.  Hope my next one is at least half as good as this one has been.

Bought this crockpot in 1999

I bought this a few months ago and have tried to use it numerous times. The food just does not cook thoroughly. I first thought it must be me not using it right but after infrequent tries I get the same results. I have stew/thick broth with potatoes and carrots and even with them diced very small they are still not fully cooked and soft. I leave the cooker on high for 6 hours (the max setting) and then repeat.......I have not tried using the low setting - I am afraid the food will still be raw and uneatable.

Not happy !

Received for Christmas one year ago and have used several times. Absolutely LOVE the crock pot but out of the blue the pot cracked around the bottom so I am afraid to continue to use it. I have been searching for a replacement pot for 3 months and they are not available. I see one other comment that hers did the same. Based on this I would NEVER buy another one as I cannot see myself tossing a perfectly good item just because the pot continues to crack. I would say this is DEFECTIVE!!!!

Love the Pot HATE the no Replacements

I loved this crockpot (especially the warm function) until the plastic hinge broke. Still, I kept using it because it does cook well. But then the plastic handle broke as well, leaving two holes in the glass cover - which I now need to fill with aluminium in order to keep the heat in when using. Then one of the side handle cracked, and I got fed up of things breaking appart despite gentle, normal use. Nice crockpot, but every plastic part keeps on breaking one after the other. I am now looking for a new one, and steering clear from crockpot's brand, sadly.

Every plastic part broke after not even two years!
