I have had a crockpot for many years and made many family dinners with it when I saw that Walmart had one for sale and it included the lunch crockpot. I decided to purchase it for my son who loves to make home-made meals. Crockpot does not disappoint it is perfect for the whole family to make any bill you would like always perfect cooking pop it in in the morning and by dinner time it's ready

Perfect crockpot and it was on sale!

Walmart had this deal on before Christmas for under $40. I am and have been for decades, a fan of the 'Crock Pot' Slow Cooker. This is an exceptional product that works like a charm. Like my previous Crock Pot purchases, I have purchased the manual Crock Pot over the programable Crock Pot because I have always believed that simplicity wears a lot longer. I have never been disappointed with the results of Crock Pot cookery, and this new Crock Pot is holding up the tradition very well.

Great investment

The amazing slow cooker was first time buyer and user, never had one or cooked with one, but this sweet item is my mainstay for life; so easy, no mess easily transported for parties a must have in anyone's kitchen

Amazing Slow Cooker

This was an upgrade from what I owned previously. I have a family of 5 and could never fit much in it. This one is amazing! I can fit anything in it!!!

Nice and BIG

I've tried it and it worked great! I could prepare a lot of meals just in one shot! I can't wait to try more recipes with it. The shipping was fast! Thank you!

Crock Pot

As others have mentioned; I too am not happy with the temperature settings. I use the crock pot for an overnight stew. It is first cooked for a few hours on "High." Then, the "Warm" setting is too low and the stew just stays warm but doesn't continue to 'stew' overnight, and the "Low" setting is too high so even though I fill the pot to the top with water it all boils out overnight and my stew is slightly overcooked. We're getting used to eating overcooked stew until I buy a different brand of crock pot. :(
I love the size of the pot; it allows me to feed 10-12 servings!
I also miss an indicator light to show that the pot is one - something that all the previous models I've owned have had.

Great size; poor temp control

This is very cheaply made, the lid makes loud cracking noises when it heats up, i'm expecting the lid will shatter at some point soon from the expansion from heat, REALLY NOT SAFE!.
 The Stoneware is not real stoneware, it does not transfer heat evenly across the stone bowl, it has hot spots which will lead to faster burning in some places, you'll need to stir more often to prevent burning. i noticed it wasn't real stoneware when i accidently touched the top of the bowl with my forearm when stirring and i did not get burned,again, not real stoneware, heat is not even across the bowl. Real stoneware will become hot very fast across the whole crock, anyone who's nuked a stoneware plate for 25 seconds knows what i mean.
When turned on it takes over an hour and half to bring a tomato sauce to a simmer (2 large cans tomato). it takes forever to heat up, so you'll need to add cooking time to whatever you make using this due to that, even if you turn it on when you start to do your prep work, it won't be hot enough by the time you add the ingredients 20-40 min later. The lid is not sealed, so you'll have more water lost through evaporation, you'll need to add water a few times if you're doing a long 6-8 hour slow cook.
Ultimately this thing works, but not well enough that i would recommend buying it, the lid expanding from heat alone is a good enough reason to not buy this, spend the extra $20 bucks on something made with better materials and avoid a trip to the hospital from a glass lid shattering.

Cheap materials and unsafe because of it.

I returned this product hours after purchasing.  It's flimsy and cheaply made. I cannot see it lasting years.  Second red flag, I find it strange that it has removable rubber foot pads.  There are 4 rubber foot pads for slow cooker that were suppose to be inserted. The one I bought only had 1 of the 4 foot pads. Finally the dip container lid is thin plastic.  Very unimpressed and annoyed I had to travel two times for shoddy workmanship.

Poor Quality

it cracked after using twice. this was the second one I bought from this brand just a step smaller and that one cracked too.
