[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a gift for my granddaughter. She was so excited when she saw the little body and the fact that it cried jelly.
Met all expectations

Our two daughters (seven and four) love these cry baby dolls but as a parent they're not my favorite toys.  The price is reasonable for what you get, and the kids really like the surprise aspect of it since you don't know which doll you're going to get.  The surprise feature is also a downside though since you could end up getting the same doll if you buy more than one.

One thing I don't like about this toy is that the dolls actually "cry"out a real liquid.  It comes with a colored liquid already in it, but then once that runs out you can add more to it by submerging it in water.  The colored liquid washes out but it's just a pain when it gets on clothes and sheets and stuff.

Another thing I don't like about these is that the arms and legs come off pretty easily and they're difficult to put back on.  Maybe it's by design so that you can mix and match the arms and legs between dolls (which my girls like to do), but it's no fun when your kids are constantly asking you to put them back on since they can't do it themselves.

As a parent I would probably give these dolls three stars but my kids would definitely give them five stars, so I went in the middle with four stars.

5 stars for kids, 3 stars for parents...

Bought these for my daughter for her 3rd birthday and she's obsessed! She's wanting the other ones for Christmas. I'm very pleased with the quality of them!

Super cute

These are very cute and they smell like tutti-frutti, my 3 year old and my 5 year old are obsessed with them.

Smells delicious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little doll is so cute & so are the accessories. The directions included are not in English so you have to follow the pictures. The tears were pretty hard to get out even after filling up the bottle & giving it to the doll as shown in the pics. The accessories are pretty tiny so they can be easy to lose by small children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has wanted a Cry Baby for so long. This is a perfect stocking stuffer! This comes with a miniature doll and 10+ accessories. Like I said, this will be a stocking stuffer so I'm not opening it yet, but I know she's going to love it!

Lots of tiny surprises within the surprise; great for collecting. I would recommend as an awesome stocking stuffer or additional treat for a Cry Babies lover!

A Nice-Sized Surprise for Cry Babies Lovers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter (and really my five year old son too) loves the hidden toy surprises! Any toy with with mystery items are super fun for them to open! We are new to Cry Babies but my daughters love interactive baby bottle toys. The Frutti House came with several small packages to open and a whole board of pop out accessories. My four year old loves to change out the glasses and clothes. And there is a chart to see all the dolls to collect. She really enjoyed the size of the Cry Baby because it's smaller but bigger to play with in her Barbie house. The product is made well but if you have babies in the house obviously the accessories would need to be watched. The great thing is it comes with the bright pink plastic cup looking container you can use to store it all! So fun!

Four Year Old Girl's Fav!!

My 5 year old loves to play with it during bath time and I showed her how to fill the baby with water through the plug behind her head. She is also very excited about the little sunglasses and shoes that it comes with. 

The initial use of the toy, there was a pink sweet liquid that came out of the baby with a sweet smell, but that seemed to be a one-time thing and only water comes out now.

My only complaint is that the instructions are not in english and looks to be arabic. We had to go online to figure out where to put one of the accessories. Other than that, really cute and kept my daughter occupied during bath time.

We love it for bath time

We have three cry babies tutti-frutti houses so far! And we have collected framy Ella and peachy! Her favorite is peachy! We also really like Ella! They each come with a bottle and a dress! You can fill up the baby bottle with water and give the doll a drink! And when you give the doll a drink she will cry thick red tears! Unlike a real baby! Haha!

Mini best friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for my honest opinion and review. The toy comes in what looks like a flower pot?? My girls had the most fun opening the blind bags, which most kids these days seem to really enjoy. After opening though, the accessories were confusing, we weren't quite sure what they even were. The instructions tell you to fill a tiny bottle with water and squeeze into the dolls mouth until full and then squeeze the doll and she will cry. Well...using the bottle took forever, barely any goes into the doll. We ended up holding the doll underwater to fill it. Even then it doesn't fill much. You have to squeeze it very hard and then the water just shoots out at you. My kids lost interest right away and haven't touched it since. Not impressed with this toy at all.
