I bought the Belgian waffle plates too and they really enhance the waffles.

This is my second press from Cuisinart. My first one lasted over 20 years, it still worked but the knobs were in bad shape from wear and tear. I love the new features..i,e, drip tray, push button release for plates and the ability to lay the plates flat.

Love my Griddler

Replaced and old George Forman with this grill and have been very happy with the performance.  We've cooked all kinds of foods on it and they have all cooked evenly and tasted great!!  And the cleanup has been phenomenal.  No need to scrub the two plates, just wipe with warm soapy water and rinse.  Really a great product!!

Excellent Grill

This is our second Cuisinart Griddler.  We liked our first one so much, which we had for about 15 years that it was time to get a new one. The first one was still working, however, the plates needed replacing so we thought we would just buy a whole new one. This machine works great for pancakes, waffles hot sandwiches, and I'm sure many other things that you can think of..

Cuisinart Griddler

After years of using a boxer's cheap sandwich maker, we finally decided to upgrade.  It took reading the instructions to understand how to free the top grill to press the sandwich evenly… something the old grill just wasn't capable of doing!  Then we saw the two sides can open as independent grills!  That'll be great when we done want to pull out the full-size electric griddle.

There are more expensive units with digital controls, but this'll do the job just fine!

Definite upgrade to the panini game!

We recently purchased the griddler.  Our first use was for panini sandwiches which were perfectly crispy and delicious. The recipe book is very helpful with some great recipes. 
It is very easy to use and clean up was a breeze. We are looking forward to using it for other meals.

Wish I would have bought this sooner!

This little thing is absolutely awesome! It is lightweight and fits nicely in my cabinet. It's super easy to use, and super easy to clean! I love how it folds open and lays flat for cooking for a crowd, or stands up right and is perfect for cooking for 2 people. I wish I would have found it years ago! It takes the place of 3 small appliances, and is so convenient. I absolutely love it!!!

Awesomeness with a plug!

Works perfectly to make panini-pressed sandwiches, however the weight of the upper portion will squish a sandwich with really soft bread so I pre-toast the bread to make it stiffer and then make sandwich and press it.  My new favorite kitchen gadget.

Perfect for making panini-pressed sandwiches

I really like this Griddler overall and use it often. It heats evenly, is easy to clean, and feels well made. My only small complaint is that the pivot lock on the top grill could be a bit stiffer — when it's open, it can sometimes unlock and pivot down more easily than I'd like. It's not a dealbreaker, but a firmer lock would make it perfect. Still a great product and one I'd recommend

Great Griddler with One Small Design Quirk

It is good for Panini butt as far as bacon and other things that has grease it do not drain properly there's not enough space for degrees to drain and it spills off the back of the griddle when pushing away the grease.👎🏿
