writing this review after a few weeks of using this item on my office chair. Noticed an essential relief of the upper back pain. This was one of my main problems while tried an other items. Appreciate how easy this cushion can be inflated while still seating.

great back support

My wife loves her Obusforme and I bought her this one to replace an Obusforme that lasted her somewhere around *20 years* of daily use. 

This is everything you'd expect from Obusforme— the highest of quality in every respect. The cover material looks lovely and also looks and feels like it will last forever. The cover material and the inner structure both seem even more robust than the last version. I was concerned they might cut corners on the pump/hose connections but to me all of this looks like it will last a very, very long time.

Quality

My mom loves it. She's always liked the ones that are sleek in form and for the full back (unlike ones only for lumbar section). It has worked great and happy this is still sold. It was challenging to find this model. Thank you!!

Great comfort !

Very comfy and supportive. Inflatable lumbar support works great.  I am a small person so I can adjust to suit my needs. Easy to use. Highly recommend this model.

Backrest with adjustable lumbar

It really supports my back. I love that I can adjust the lumbar supports with air.

Lumbar support

I love the features of the unit but it is unusable for me. The inflatable and height-adjustable lumbar support are great. The size and materials are also spot on. The problem is the hard plastic shell that is supposed to wrap around your back. I have a wide back and unfortunately the ends of the shell dig into my back making it very uncomfortable. The shell doesn't appear to be adjustable or formable. The worst part is the Obusforme support. I contacted them through their website with my concerns and after two weeks, no response. Not even an acknowledgment. I accidentally threw out the box and packaging so now I probably can't return it. Maybe my wife can use it.

Pretty good but..

This item was defective ! The adjustable lumbar support was not centered in the middle of the back support. It was off to the right when I leaned back. I could not move it. Very poor workmanship !
