Très performant, peu bruyant, je l'ai installé dans la salle où se trouve le réservoir de mon puits artésien. En été avec la chaleur, beaucoup de condensation se forme et la moisissure abonde. Lorsque j'ai installé mon nouveau déshumidificateur, en 24h toute l'humidité a été retirée et il n'y a plus de condensation. Je suis très satisfaite, d'autant plus qu'il est beaucoup plus silencieux.

Good product, works well few month , now looks like we have some issues…

Goodfew months

Worked great for 12 months. Very efficient to lower the humidity for entire basement(1600 sq ft). Not sure what happen it stop extracting water over night. Just found that the product is warranty for 24 months. I will send it to an approve service center for repair under warranty.

50/50 Very efficient dehumidifier. Reliability to be prooven

Ne prend pas trop d'espace et facile à déplacer sur roulette. Mais un peu bruyant.

My parents had another model in white since 4 years and still working. I was thinking Danby was the best brand, so my expectations were very high. But at the 3rd summer, the dehumidifier stop working well, start dropping water on the floor, make ice and unfrost mode didn't activate. And after drying it for 2 days, the ice form within 5 min turned on.

Work well just a little past the warranty time after that it begins to frost and just stop deshumudifiing. I did contact the support. Encouraging in the beginning, they ask me to perform a serie of tests which i did with no change. The machine was not reparable at a resonable cost. They offered me something if i buy anothe Danby deshumidifier but when i ask how much the communication just stopped.

Good at first but............doesn't last

About a year after purchasing it, it now immediately frost after 3-4 minutes of usage. The filter is clean, the fan works, the environment is clean. Also it's kind of impossible to open to check the problem. Once the screws removed the plastic covers are clipped to one another and impossible to unclip. Did not last long for the price paid... what a rip-off

Our dehumidifier iced up and stopped working after one year.  Danby replaced under warranty.  Then the second unit stopped working after 1 year.    We only run it in the summer for about 4 months.  As there is no warranty on the replacement unit we now have to buy another one.  
It won't be a Danby product.  Seems like other reviews describe same experience.
