a recent purchase and so far no issues , expect it to be a good unit having purchased other Danby products.  It has all the features we need and has performed well so far .The only item is that the kitchen timer is not visible during countdown (reverts to clock mode) and then beeps when complete.

Good value

I saw it online and knew it'd look good in out kitchen. Shipping was very fast and it did looked good in our kitchen. It also works cery quietly and warm up quickly.

Love it

I purchased this Danby Microwave because I currently have a Danby Designer that is 15+ yrs old which I thought was dying because it was making noise....however, cleaned it up and it's still going.

Improvements on this new purchase are: 

1. Brushed Silver exterior which do not leave finger prints
2. Easy Clean interior...a blessing
3. Eco feature which will turn clock off or on as preferred.
4. Sleek & attractive appearance

Minor Disappointed Changes

1. They programmed the Quick Defrost  to 2 min. which you cannot change.  This is much too long for a slice of bread or frozen baked goods.
2. Clock display time is shown with a 'flashing' colon which I cannot turn off...hence the eco feature  
3. Popcorn feature is programmed and cannot be altered. 

Would purchase again....If it lasts as long as my first Danby, it will probably outlive me, mixed feelings there.

For: - gives the expected return. - beautiful model Against: - Weak internal lighting * * When I received the microwave, the light did not work. I didn’t want to wait, so I bought a replacement light myself. It is not excluded that the original can shed more light. That would be to check.

Very good!

Getting used to the size increase and the difference in power level and time features.  Had a 1 cubic foot Danby previously in a limited counter space which fit perfectly.  Found a spot.

Surprised about the size being much bigger

It is very beautiful, works very well. In popcorn mode, it burns a little :(

Bought this in Q4 2017 barely used it and it takes today 4 times the heating time as when I bought it for same requirements. Moreover the clock loses 1 min each 2 days - a huge hassle...
