Study for moving boxes and the bag is roomy for grocery packages.

Packaged incorrectly, without padding ended up arriving damaged along with missing wheel.    So, have no way to actually rate this item at all.  A shame because I needed a trolley with bag to pack up middle of next month.

Item not packed properly and arrived damaged

Save your money, don't buy because it is impossible to get any customer support IF you get a cart with a bad wheel like I did.   There is no contact info on their paperwork and none on their website.  I purchased from Walmart 2 months ago and don't have the packaging anymore.  Wheel fell off 1st use but I was hopeful all I needed was a strong man to put it in securely and I would be good to go.  WRONG!  I read reviews online with a few complaints about this so I was prepared and followed recommendations on a hand out in the boxing saying not to return but to latch it properly, (apparently they have had complaints).  I've had no less than 8 different men rescue me in the middle of shopping by putting the wheel back on.  So it isn't me.  The other wheel stays on but this one comes off every time I go shopping multiple times, in middle of walk way, getting on bus, just sitting still on bus, walking with no load and walking with load.  Level surfaces used most of time so it isn't uneven surfaces causing it.  The wheel NOW just sits on the axle and doesn't latch or lock anymore, which makes it pretty much useless.  I NEED a cart.  But I need at least 2 wheels or it isn't a cart.  Get a different cart.

great wheels, strong frame both dolley and enclosed shopping cart in one, the dolly is super strong.   A big help around the house and shopping.

The dolley is the only thing good.  While the canvas bag is roomy, it is poorly sewn.  The straps ripped off of the handle after three uses.
