This all natural Crêpe pan is constructed of 99% pure iron and a beeswax-based protective finish to fight against oxidation while helping season the pan. After buying my 9.5" Mineral B Pro Carbon Steel Fry Pan I was hooked on deBuyer.  I've wanted this little Crepe & Tortilla Pan for a while now and I finally got it.  It works really well as advertised for crepes and tortillas but is also perfect for frittatas, omelettes, fried eggs and more.  I couldn't be happier.  
     I tried another major brand  carbon steel pan once and it has never lived up to the performance of the deBuyer in either cooking, cleaning or seasoning.  Lesson learned.

Great Little Pan

Beautiful pan. Incredibly flat, heats evenly. Perfect for crepes and tortillas. Completely nonstick when seasoned.

Professional Pan

I was able to season it and with correct heat setting was able to make great wheat tortillas! Plan to make pancakes next. Glad to not use the regular non-stick pans anymore.

MINERAL B Carbon Steel Crepe & Tortilla Pan - 12"

Even though I burned the pan while seasoning, it still came out seasoned and non-stick.  #1.  Use enough high smoke oil. I just barely coated the pan.  #2. Pay attention to how hot 3/4 is on your stove burner.  If you have a large, high heat burner, don't use it.  As ugly as my pan is, it immediately cooked a raw egg evenly and flipped without sticking.

Eggs don't stick.

Great tortilla pan and great quality. Also good for toasting bread.

Best way to make all kinds of crêpes

Excellent crepe pan. Properly seasoned, this crepe pan performs very, very well. Solid construction will last me for the rest of my life.

A Crepe Escape

This is my first carbon steel pan and I'm very impressed. I seasoned it according to deBuyer's instructions and tried to fry an egg on it first. It was only sightly sticky that first time but has been reliably nonstick as I've used the pan more. I use it to make eggs and crepes. The crepes are perfect and unlike any I've ever made before on another pan.

Impressive crepe pan

Very nice pan. Heats up nicely and cooks well. We're still getting the seasoning built up, so dosai (Indian crepe) stuck some, but expect a non-stick slick surface as the seasoning builds up over time.
