Tastes Ver Good

Since I have cut back on wheat products being gluten sensitive, I still prefer Dempster's whole wheat thin sliced bread.  Using thin sliced bread, I enjoy the taste of the contents of the sandwich, ie ham, lettuce, cheese or just pb&j without heavy bread slices. Thanks Dempster's!

Get That Bread

Depsters whole wheat bread thin slices is perfect for afternoon sandwiches. My kids don't like crust on sandwiches or toast, but they will eat it on the thin sliced pieces. I guess it's not as crusty as the regular size.  Less bread= more sandwich taste

Delicious Sandwichs

Just your regular Dempster's Whole Wheat, but thinner. We like to buy it for our kids - toast in the morning, or sandwiches for their lunch. Works great when you have three little ones and want to make the loaf of bread last just that little bit longer.

Great for Kids

This bread is thin enough to not be just bread in your sandwich. But solid enough not to fall apart.  It's perfect for making lunches.  

Also the taste of the bread is perfect not overpowering of sugar or wheat or anything.  

If I make a sandwich the flavour of the filling shines through.

Perfect For Sandwiches

Pretty good thin sandwich bread. I usually eat the thicker regular slices, but sometimes for a sandwich you want thinner slices to taste more of the filling. With a sandwich it's all about the ratio. These thin sandwich breads allow for that. Same quality of bread fro Dempsters just thinner.

My partner has high blood pressure and is pre-diabetic, so we need to have some sort of healthier bread.  They also struggle with eating too much of it, so I don't know why I never thought to buy the thin slices, that's just smart!  I compared the nutrional information to that of the Countey Harvest bread I typically bought, and this bread is not only healthier in almost all categories, it's thinner, the loaf is longer (24 slices compared to 15 Country Harvest) and was significantly cheaper (CAD) on sale at Wal-Mart!  2 for $5 versus the standard sale of $2.77/loaf of Country Harvest I was buying at Giant Tiger.  I naturally bought sox loaves right away to stock up mt freezer and hope to see that sale regularly at Wal-Mart.
