I became incontinent after my prostate cancer surgery in 2013. I have used many different brands of pads and Depends is still the best. They are wide but still thin so they do not show an unsightly bump in your pants. They stay in your underwear and do not move around. They are always improving these pads and now they offer more odor protection.

The quality of these pads are not even close to the original depend pads in the 52 package. The shape is different and does not hold in the ironed as well as the other. They seem to be thinner which is a problem. I hope the original pads in the 52 package will still be available or I will be switching.

The NEW style of Guards does not handle the liquid that it is intended for very well,.  I used the old style of Guards for 10 years, they function well.

Not New and improved.

This was a must better than usual much smaller than the previous order and pads were very thin same price same package smaller size  5 years of previous depend org have all been a five-star rating

Is it a change in size

I've relied on Depends for many years. The “improved” version is definitely NOT an improvement for the consumer. They are more prone to leakage and less absorbent than the older version but at the same price. Because they have so much less absorbent material , they are more comfortable but they do not serve their intended purpose. I will be looking for alternatives.

I have been using Depends Men Guards for 33 years with total satisfaction.  This new design and protection are a total failure. I am using 2 and 3 times more pads in addition experiencing greater leakage.  Why did you try to fix what isn't broken?????

I can't believe the changes made to this product. The quality and dependability are, well just gone
There is absolutely no way ANYONE could agree that the changes made improve what was in my opinion a fantastic product that gave me peace of mind .

Not recommended.  As a 4.5-year user of Depend Guards, the new design is significantly inferior and disappointing.  Each pad is 10 grams lighter with a new ineffective shape that promotes side leaks.  Given that the retail price has not changed, this so-called “new and improved” product looks more like a flawed cost reduction project that insults its loyal, longtime customer base.  Rating is actually zero stars.  I'm out.
