I haven't personally worn these Depends Guards, but I tested how much liquid they could hold—and they impressed me. They absorbed a surprising amount without leaking, and the surface stayed fairly dry even after adding more than I expected. For anyone needing strong protection in a compact size and stays in place, these seem like a very reliable option.

10 or 15 years ago I developed Prostate CANCER and had my Prostate removed.  Every since the operation I have had to use  these pads to control leakage. They are great!  This is the first time that I have bought this many at one time to save money.  OF COURSE THEY DO NOT STOP THE LEAKAGE BUT THEY ARE SANITARY AND PREVENT EMBARASMENT.

A HEALTHFUL NECESITY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Guards for Men pads are very absorbent and shields odors. They are discreet and comfortable. I wore them with my boxers and barely felt them as they are breathable. I didn't have to constantly change it throughout the day which is a plus. It really absorbs leaks and prevents chafing. I definitely recommend these for bladder protection.

i was disappointed that they were not the same fit and design of the original ones i have been purchasing for several years. they were the 52 count these were the 84 count they looked generic? not the same style.

The side of the pads leaks over into the pants.
The pads should have ticker edges with a oval formation to prevent leakage as well in the center of the  depens pading.
Other than that this is my opinion and hope Walmart will take my advice into consideration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very thick pad good for overnight usage if leak is not too heavy. Bag is big and has many pads. Fit is OK but is thick though. Didn't notice much odor.

Pads

These are new design, about half the weight of older absorbs 35x guards. They absorb about 1/2 as much as older pads and leak through to your pants. I can no longer depend on Depends to contain flow and will be looking towards purchasing other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only a few hours of wear with minimum leakage the cotton fabric inside starts coming out at the seam. This has been going on for some time. I won't buy these again. I've never had a guard do this to me.

I don't understand why Kimberly /Clark discontinued the heavy absorption men's incontinence pads for men. This Depend Men Guards cannot meet the incontinence that I have. Millions of other men will be affected by the same problem. The new Depend Men Guards are a terrible product.
