I purchased this bed for myself. A 53 yr old woman.Not for a child.I really read reviews first as I wanted it to be sturdy.It's a gorgeous bed.So well made.Very hard metal.Not bendable cheap toddler bed material.I moved and have a small bedroom.Needed a twin.It has two setting when putting it together(which was EASY) so mattress can sit lower or higher.I used higher.It looks like a big girl grown up bed :) I used a 12 inch foam mattress and no box spring is required.The price of the bed is so low.It really is so well made,I would have paid much more for it.I did not see many reviews on adults using this bed.Hope this helps any other adult wanting it.Can hold a person up to 250lbs.

Our 8-year-old grandson easily put the bed together within 1 1/2 hours for spare bedroom. Is very sturdy; in fact, all three grandchildren jumped on it until I stopped them. Glad I didn't win bid on a higher priced bed; this one looks better and is a solidly built bed...highly recommend!

Great bed and price

This is an excellent bed, and provides everything including the only two tools you need, an allen wrench, and an open end tool that they also provide. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble. Looks cool, and every item was there. Easy instructions. Couldn't be happier with this bed and Walmart!

You won't be dissapointed

My wife and I were looking for two beds to put in our girls' room. We had looked at many options online, most of which were considerably more expensive. We actually were going to buy a different bed on the site, when we came across this bed. We got two for the price we were expecting to pay for one. GREAT VALUE!

Shipping was free and they arrived at our house five days prior to the expected date. Assembly was long but easy. Sturdy and well designed. Only two things I was not completely satisfied with. The head board had a chip in the paint, which was easily fixed with some appliance paint. Also, the bed rails are held together in the middle with two bolts and they stick out of the bottom and have sharp edges. They could scratch if you were reaching under the bed. But all in all, a great bed for the price. I recommend it.

Great bed for a girl's room

Everything about this bed exceeded my expectations. I bought it for my daughter and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I put this bed together myself and assembly was simple and great.

Awesome bed!

My daughter asked for a new bed for Christmas so we already had the box spring and mattress. The packaging said a box spring was not required but we used it anyway and my daughter now calls it a princess bed. It was extremely easy to put together and everything for set up was included.

Nice bed at reasonable price

The bed was pretty easy to assemble. The average size twin mattress I used, seems to be a little smaller than the bed frame, so sometimes my 8 year old bumps herself on the parts of the bed that the mattress doesn't cover. However, for the price, it is a sturdy and very pretty bed.

I have purchased these beds to surprise 2 of my girls. What can I say, the design of the bed matched the theme I was going for. Super easy to assemble. Easy to order, arrived on time. Surprise complete!

Love them!

I purchased this for my 97-year old Mom, who has been sleeping on a full-size bed and wanted to downsize for ease of making her bed. She loves it, but my sister and I were disappointed with the paint and posts. There is a dent in one of the swirls in the headboard, and several places have chips in the paint, which we will try to match color and touch up. Otherwise it seems to be a good buy.

Cute bed for my 97-year old Mom!

Loved the frame but it came in missing 16 slats!! So my daughter has had her mattress on the floor for over a week waiting on the replacement parts to ship.
