Very happy with this purchase. It makes my small space feel that much more clean! The steam works great and really does a great job minus the chemicals.

Ease of use

Paid $38.00 for this steam mop and all I can say is that it works like a wonder.
Steams in about 30 seconds and cleans laminates and tiles effortlessly and well. Small water reservoir is enough for a large sized room. Excellent value for money.

Excellent value

Very nice steam mop. Easy, light and not difficult to use. I am glad I purchased this mop and will never use a regular mop again. I really like that it cleans the germs also.

Just bought this item online to replace the $60 > 2 year old one with same model under different brand name'
I use that old steam mop once every 2-3 days.
It's powerful and does pick up dirt and food stain from the tile floor ( I don't think it's suitable for hard wood floor )
It's really handy and light weight but don't expect it will last long after warranty period.

It's hand,light,and easy to use.it cleans the floor thoroughly that i let my 10 months baby lay and crawl.

Great steam cleaner for kitchen and bathroom floors. Light weight, fast heating. Definitely lightens the workload, no more having to get down on hands and knees.

This is the second mop I ordered and both had defects.  I am returning this one and will buy another brand mop

Dirt Devil Easy Steam Express II Steam Mop

Arrived in own box, no shipping box provided, not even taped/sealed.
Waited about 10 minutes for water to heat up. Water "leaks" out and soaks the pads eventually but no steam. Waited and waited, hoped and hoped for steam so it could lift out dirt from tile grout, but nope, just warm wet floors that were barely clean. Wet dirt just got pushed away from pad. Can get better results with a Swifter Wet Jet for half the price.

What Steam?

I bought it and it never worked !! And I don't find how to resend it without paid !
