It has a long cord which makes it easy to use. And assemble instruments are very simple and straightforward.

Good mop but hard to replacement pads. I just use the sharks replacement pads.

Nice machine to buy

This steam mop heated up quickly. Only problem I found, was the mop was kind of hard to push back and forth on the floor. It almost felt like the cloth wasnt getting wet enough. Not bad for the money I guess.

Not terrible steam mop

Tried for over one-hour to get the steam going. Then spend 1/2 hour on the phone with Dirt Devil. They were very professional, but could not resolve the issue of the water heating but no steam. I had to repack and return this product.

Didn't work from the get-go.
