This product exceeded my expectations. I have been looking for Select absorbent underwear by Tranquility I have found their products to be very absorbent so I tried Attends they are a little more expensive but it is worth it. I find them to be extremely absorbent.

For my 9 yr old grandson in illinois, very sensitive, both emotionally and skin sensitive! Has eczema and needs the better quality overnite incontinence wear...these are great, my daughter said they are the best! She also tried this brand of the insert, pad type, ones also and would buy both! I try to help them $ with things out of the ordinary and of course it is my precious grandson! Overall, yes, i will send these again, watching for sale on them, i then buy several to stock her up! I love walmat on line shopping! I do so much of it! I get products in 24-48 hours to my door! Fed ex is great, when stores switch to USPS , i drop ordering from them! I am 100% handicapped as far as walking, i love fed ex!

This is a wonderful improvement on disposable undergarments which allows you to go out for hours without worry about any leakage, especially if sitting at a restaurant for a lenghty period of time, or at church etc. It protects from front to back ......back being important if you are sitting.

I buy Attends At Walmart for my mother she is elderly and she says of all the protective underwear she has tried, Attends are her favorite..she says they protect her wonderfully with no leakages...Mom you have to Love, If you Love your elderly parents, I  recommend  Attends, I bet they'll  love them too.

Mom's Favorite

These are the first diapers i ever purchased that fit perfectly snug and with the tighter leg openings allowed for complete closer from leaks. I saturate these diapers enough times per week, but i NEVER had a leak or felt uncomfortable. The material wicks the wetness away from you deeper into the material after only minutes from making your mess in it. It feels ultra comfortable, more comfy then regular underwear. I definitely recommend this for anyone with bed wetting problems

Perfect for nighttime wear

The best protective underwear I have ever used for my Mother.  The briefs feel like real underwear instead of paper like most.    I still need to use pads because she has no control of her bladder.   
Would be nice if this product was carried in the Walmart stores.

Attends Protective Underwear

A few years ago I tried some Attends Protective Underwear and they were terribly uncomfortable and the leaked a lot! I thought it was worth giving Attends another chance since they make some other products that I have been happy with for a very long time.

Initially, I was impressed that these feel more like underwear and the medium size was somewhat tight on me. I had some concerns about this and still wonder if these underwear couldn't be just a tad looser to be more comfortable at first. They have leak barriers but they are not uncomfortable to make sure you know they are there. These underwear do not make noise under my clothes and are easy to slip on and off. I definitely appreciate the white color and the fact that it is easy to tell the back from the front.

Ultimately, I have found these to be a reliable product without any leakage thus far! Probably the most important aspect is whether or not they leak and I have not had an incident yet. They also remained comfortable over time and never felt saggy or cold and clammy on the outside.

To be fair, I prefer a more time-tested product at night as opposed to these, so I can't really attest to how these hold up when laying down overnight. However, for daytime use on an active adult, these are a great option!

More like underwear than a diaper!

I got these based on my interstitial cystitis symptoms...I don't always need these, but bether safe than dripping-wet embarrassed & sorry. 
Well, I'll tell you what's sorry-these are! Supposedly these are for people who have one of the key symptoms of interstitial cystitis -sudden, strong urges followed by a release if a fairly large volume of urine. From what I read of the description, these were my only hope of full protection. Well, if this is my only hope, I have no hope whatsoever, & since this was the only brand that claimed to be able to deal with that, what am I supposed to do now? I've tried out so many kinds, starting with s 7 year old sealed package we'd gotten for my mom before she died...those were Walmart's Assurance brand & they worked. Other than that, Depends, Always, the newer brand of Assurance, all miserable failures. I could see if a store brand wasn't quite as good as a name brand, but they're all about the same.
Useless.

Leaks like a sieve

Disappointed in this product. Does not absorb well enough to prevent leakage for an overnight product. Does well for 4 hours max, but any longer than that, the back of the underwear, and legs do not absorb well. Had hoped the "overnight protection" claim meant a full 8 hours.

Poor absorption

Misrepresentation of product.  NOT and overnight underwear, for day time use only. Attends has redesigned this product for the worst.  NO absorbency with fit skimpy, compared to the prior product.  Very disappointed . Would never order again!!!!!!!!!
