Super easy to assemble. Very few parts, so I didn't even need the included instructions. I took it out of the box and had it completely assembled and mounted to my vehicle in less than 30min.

I am not the most handy person, but putting this together was a major challenge.  Some advice...
1. Check to ensure the cage is not twisted (mine was a bit so I had to bend it to make it connect to its counterpart.
2. Don't tighten the connecting plates on the cage until you have the cage attached to the bar on which it sits (there needs to be flex or it won't fit over the cage (might even make sense to attach the cage to the bar before you attach the connecting plates.
3. Incredibly aggravating to attach the hitch mount.  At least it is if you don't have the right tools.  Took me about 30 minutes to tighten the mounting bolt (then I went an purchased a ratcheting 15/16ths wrench and took it off in about 3 minutes).

But when I was done, I stood on it (I'm not a light guy) and it didn't even flex so I have hope it will carry what I need.

I'd buy it again.

Does it's job but difficult to build/attach to car

Works great, but already starting to rust in a few places after just one camping trip. 

The instructions could be better, it was like they were made for a different version of equipment, but it was not correct.. but it's not too hard to figure out how to use all the parts

Great idea, could be better quality

Low price reflects the low quality. I use it to haul my generator (dry weight of 150lbs). It's extremely bouncy due to the hinge feature. I feared i was going to lose it all on the highway. A car tailing me said it may have bounced off the road while crossing the train tracks while driving under the speed limit. I had to install uprights and 45deg cables to reinforce it to eliminate the bounce.
