this is easy to assemble, easy to use and is decent quality. one change I would recommend on the instructions is to adjust the in tub legs to shorter setting in order to allow for possible height of tub floor so that the unit sets more level. I would recommend this to anyone that needs an aid into and out of the tub shower unit.

Easy  assembly!  Fits over the side of a tub with a high wall.  Carefully sit down on the chair I usually had a towel on the chair base and slide gently over into the tub. It's a whole new ball game to take a shower. Makes it easy!

Amazing

This is the greatest thing that came out with. It is so easy for me to give my mom a shower. All she has to do is sit down left her legs up and put her in the shower pull the chair out. I would recommend it to others and if I need another one, I will order it. I love it.

The right choice. The seat-sliding feature was worth the extra money paid. Easy to assemble; lightweight, yet sturdy. Fits nicely in tub. Would recommend to others.

Pricey but Rightey!

I use this chair to take a shower and it is just fantastic I was able to take a bath because my left leg and they are very bad and I can't get in and out of the tub anymore this was wonderful.

I got this for when I was recovering from knee surgery. The setup sliding over our bathtub was a game changer and made it so much easier to get cleaned up without fear of falling.

Well worth it!

This chair is wonderful! My mother came home from a nursing home and couldn't walk and this chair allowed her to get into the shower over the side of the tub with ease. We were considering having the tub cut before this chair. It was a lifesaver! It also has a removable middle which makes it easy to wash below without having to take the risk of a fall by having her stand. It was a lifesaver and worth the money!

Wonderful!

Assembling the bench, seat back and seat  was easy and intuitive. The gliding mechanism is fine for my 93 year old Mom, at 100 pounds soaking wet, but I'm not convinced that anyone 200  would find it "glides".  I still have to exert some pressure moving her along, but at least it holds her weight well. The attached Velcro strap to secure her as she showers is somewhat helpful, but I wouldn't leave unsupervised anyone who's been incapacitated enough to need this item.  The insert shared like a keyhole is really removed and helpful to wash one's "undercarriage". The only drawback is the width and layout of the bench makes it so that half of the bench is inside and the other half is outside the tub, which makes sense. Unfortunately, the shower curtain can't close while the bench spans the tub edge, so water leaks out from the bench seat getting splashed by the showerhead, and being channeled by the gliding tubes. We bought a hand held shower head to mitigate that issue, but it still leaks a bit. I'm not sure how this can be avoided, other than to cut the shower curtain to a height just above the bench structure. Still, it's safer than depending on a grip bar for the one who's showering. One more thing is that the user needs to lift his/her leg over the height of the tub edge as it glides from the half portion that's outside the tub, and into the half portion inside the tub. No hip or mobility issues, and it'll be fine. For my Mom, she broke her upper arm losing her balance, so it works for me.

UNBLE TO LOCK AND UNLOCK, DON'T FEEL SAFE, TOO CLOSE TO EDGE OF TUB WILL GET FLOOR WET, UNABLE TO USE IT ALONE NEED ASSISTANCE.  Want a REFUND  Website not giving me option for refund  WHY?  Website said NOTHING about No Refunds it it did I wouldn't have purchased it,N

Need refund

This is not going to work with our shower, door not wide enough and the seat did not slide easily. It was never used bc of the stated
reasons but Walmart will not allow it to be returned. Do not recommend this in case your shower door is just shy of being wide enough for the chair and the knees of the person needing to use it. Bc you will not be able to return it.
