This shampoo helps my damaged hair. After I use it, my hair is much smooth
 It includes oil, so when I use it, it's easy to clean, and not twist. As you know, for damaged hair, it's not that easy washing it before you use conditioner. So, I love this.

Repair Your Hair with Dove Argan Oil + Repair

The shampoo lathers up really well so not a big amount needed. The conditioner is really nice too, and my hair felt great after using both. My hair looks and feels really nourished, my hair feels stronger and isn't breaking so easily as it was before.

Smells nice

Overall, this is a good shampoo. It seems to help reduce damage a bit and add a bit of moisture to the hair. I didn't notice my hair breakage in the split ends and it seemed a little more moisturized. I don't see a huge difference in the hydration department, but the damage aspect seems to be. smells good.

Not bad to try

I can see why there is a limit but it should be 20 and not 15 for groceries

This shampoo leaves my hair feeling like straw. The smell is great but because it doesn't leave the hair soft I would not recommend.
