This deodorant is aluminum free and thank god for that because I am allergic to aluminum so before aluminum free deodorants came it wearing deodorant was a daily painful experience with the rashes I would get. This deodorant is perfect for sensitive skin and for people who prefer to stay away from aluminum. This is a great healthier option. It is a bit expensive but I love the product.

Cucumber and Green Tea YES

I love the convenience of this spray! It fits perfectly in my purse and I take it off everywhere I go for a quick refresh. The smell is perfect - not too strong but gently refreshing.
It applies evenly and is long lasting! Definitely will be recommending this product and repurchasing!

Deodorant is the thing that I apply on daily basis and even sometimes multiple times during the day. My review for this deodorant spray is really nice. I have felt it gives me a very refreshing cooling and soothing essence. According to the price range it is very affordable and great quality.

My review for dove deodorant, spray

I purchased this product because I was out of town and had forgotten my normal aluminum-free deodorant at home. I didn’t have a chance to sample the scents so I was a little overwhelmed by the heaviness of this scent. I was expecting it to be a lightly scented option and lean more heavily to the cucumber or vegetal green tea side, but it was much more intensely sweet and perfumey than I prefer. 

The feel of the deodorant was nice though — the spray goes on with a light coolness but doesn’t burn my skin. It also seems to keep the odors and moisture at bay. 

I will say though that I am not a profuse sweater and I am 100% acclimated to natural deodorants. I have only used non-aluminum deodorant formulas from health food stores for about 20 years due to having a skin issue called hidradenitis suppurativa. I had to go through a detox process at first and in fact I used clay skin masques in my underarm area for a while which helped me get over the first few weeks of transition.

In any case, I like the product overall but I think I will try another one of the Dove aluminum-free scents to see if I can find one that isn’t quite as intensely scented. I may have to go into the store and sniff the caps to get a sense of how they smell. I am pleased that it hasn’t irritated my skin thus far and doesn’t seem to leave a lingering residue or dry my skin out at all.

I give it a 5 for function, 3 for scent

Dove Deodorant Spray

Had to order online as no Walmarts in my area had the Dove with no aluminum. Cost was way too high. It was nearly $12. I purchased it several months ago in my local Walmart and the cost was around $7. Go figure? The regular Dove spray is still around $7.

Dove No Aluminum

I've tried several brands of dry sprays and they all perform pretty much the same for me. Works well at keeping odour away, but not the greatest at keeping me feeling dry. This one in particular has a nice scent, not exactly what I expected, but I still like it.

Works As Good As Other Similar Sprays

The original version of this spray is my go to, it always has great smell coverage and I love the convenience of just spraying it on. I tried this aluminum free version because it sounded like a good idea, I genuinely believed it would be the same as the original counterpart. Unfortunately, upon using this spray, I broke out in an allergic reaction. Never have I had an allergy to a product, but this one caused itching and irritation that lasted over a week after stopping use. I have gone back to the original and haven't experienced this issue, so this aluminum free version was definitely the cause. I won't be buying this again, I'll stick to what I know next time.
