I found the consistency to be rather weird, it doesn't lather well at all so it's hard to judge how much is needed. I also found that my hair get oily a lot faster after washing but I also have very fine hair so I don't think this product is for me specifically

Not Really For Me

Definitely not for my hair type even though I like to grow it long.  Think it's got too much protein for my hair type so it's more like an occasional shampoo when we run out of our regular shampoo. Do not use if you've had a keratin or any other protein treatment
