I've used a lot of different pumps and a lot of different shields and these are my favorite.  The soft, flexible silicone feels much better than hard plastic shields that accompany other pumps.  These feel a lot studier and more well made, too.  Honestly, I think these shields have helped my milk output too - they just seem to work better than the hard plastic ones.  I would definitely recommend these to anyone who's looking for some shields.

I used this as a product tester and I couldn't be happier! After nearly two months of dealing with poor fit and leaking while pumping these shields made a complete difference! They are so soft and comfortable and fit like a glove. I'm no longer spilling my liquid gold because it now all goes into the bottle as I pump. Thank you Dr. Browns for another exceptional product to making parenting a little easier!

Finally comfort with no leaks!

I couldn't use the typical breast shields that come with most pumps due to them being uncomfortable. So when I ordered these, I was a bit skeptical to say the least! Combining this with the manual breast pump, these are 1000 stars! The shields are comfortable, a great fit, and easy to clean and sanitize! If you haven't gotten these yet, RUN and grab them!! You won't regret it!

So Comfortable!

I absolutely love these shields. I have a very large chest (JJ when nursing) and these shields are by far the most comfortable I have ever used. They don't stick/or grab my skin, and they don't dig in and hurt. I also love how securely they attach to the bottles. No spilled milk because parts pop off.

I love these Shields!

Love the silicone shields. They do not hurt like the plastic ones do or leave red ring marks on you. They conform to your breast better because they are pliable. Your breast fits better in them because lets be real, breastfeeding breasts are not perfectly round! Easy to clean and do not leave stain marks like other ones do. Highly recommend.

Soft, conforms and comfortable!

I received Dr Brown's soft shape silicone shield about 2 months ago,It really helps that the shields are made of silicon, because they don't hurt and they're easy to place on the breast, they are a dream came true, I liked them a lot,unlike those made of hard plastic.they are very comfortable and they stick to it very easy, making the process of pumping the milk easy and comfortable

Very soft to use and comfortable

As an exclusive pumper, I've used many different types of breast shields and pumps. These are definitely some of my favorite because of the level of comfort they provide. The only thinks I would change is to make them compatible with other pumping systems. These shields can only be used with the Dr. Brown's system.

Great shields!

I got a manual pump a week ago in exchange of a review.   
Pros: suction,  interchanged with Dr. Brown wide mouth bottles, silicone flange.
Cons: bulky,  flange doesn't fit ANYTHING else,  duck bill doesn't fit anything else,  not ergonomic.  Difficult to use one handed.   

Overall, this pump gets the job done quickly.   I was able to pump and feed directly using the attached bottle.   It's too bulky to toss in a purse and keep it moving.   The silicone flange was great,  but I can't use it on anything else like with medela flanges.

Clog buster

These are the same size as another flange I have. They are comfortable and I live how I can do breast compressions/massage while pumping if needed. I did eventually get a small amount of skin breakdown where my nipple rubbed, may need to go up a size than normal.

Comfortable at first but caused skin breakdown

I'm not saying you guys need to sell inserts for flanges, but let's be real-most women don't have size 25, 21, or 30mm sized nipples. Please just make and sell a size 24mm so people can confidently order inserts to fit in your flanges. Or also make your own inserts. One or the other PLEASE
