I love the Shiatsu Massager. I had bought one for myself over a year ago and in one week got my moneys worth of massages. My mother came to visit and it really helped her so I ordered her one and had it sent to her house for Mothers Day.

My neck feels so much better now after using this and I can use it every day of I need it! And it's so much cheaper than going to a massage therapist!

Great invention!

Love love love this massager. When I feel a headache coming on, I use it on the pressure points at the base of my skull and it staves off the headache. Had it over a year and not a problem with it at all!

the BEST THING EVER!

I've used a few different massagers and this is my favourite one. This one sits comfortably on my neck and is hands free. My osteopath has noticed a reduction in my muscle tenseness as well.

Love it!

The neck massager is adequate, however for ~$120, it is simply not worth it. Beside the fancy synthetic leather look, there is not much to it. You can find a cheaper neck massager that will do the same job as this one. I also find that the shoulder extension and straps are uncomfortable. Dodge this neck massager unless you want to spend a lot of money.

Pricey

Heavy, uncomfortable and hurt my neck. I tried it on the lowest setting and it always felt like it was missing the spot I wanted massaged. Also, each time you change to a different setting (rotating the other way for example) it resets how hard it's massaging, so if you have it on the lowest setting it suddenly switches to medium and kills your neck. Returned it.

My wife bought one for the family. Although the massager is hard and heavy to the neck, it worked intermittently.  Sometimes it worked sometimes did not.  About a month before the warranty expired, I exchanged the massager by going to the Dr. Ho showroom.  The lady told me that if the new one does not work again, I cannot exchange nor return the product.  For several months the massager was working and then working intermittently for several months, and then it just died.  I think the motor is defective.  I don't recommend this product.

I returned it as it doesn't help with the pain. It is heavy too.
