We are both on a fixed income. I was able to make 4 starters out of each piece by breaking them in half 3 times and they still worked.

This is the best fire starter product I've come across. Highly recommend.

Excellent Firestarters

I have used these for a while, but this last batch has been a dud.  I can't get any of these to light on their own, or stay lit…bad batch.  
What do you do…have tried half the box, same sad result.  I love these things when they burn.
