Who can go wrong with the price of Elf? This is my go to makeup brand and I love the fact that they have it in blonde. Most eyebrow pencils seem to be too dark for me but this brand has three colors: blonde, neutral, brown. I have tried both the blonde and the neutral. I will use neutral in a pinch but blonde is my go-to color. I have very sparse eyebrows and they're very light which is why I like the blonde and it goes on wonderfully and looks completely natural.

Great price and looks amazingly like real eyebrows

walmart.com

Lately I've returned more makeup products than I care to list. This pencil will NOT be one of them. I have white hair and really dark eyebrows. Having "Angry Bird" eyebrows is not an option. I bought Dark Brown and the color is perfect. The pencil is soft, fits easily in my hand, and the brush on the end comes in handy. I plan to purchase another one to keep on hand.

Can't beat the price

Favorite eyebrow pencil! The twist pencil is very easy to use and the firmness of color is perfect for a smooth application. The brush helps manage the shaping of the eyebrow and can make the color that has been applied more incorporated with the natural brow. This has become the go to brow pencil. Inexpensive as well.

Favorite eyebrow pencil!

I have been using these retractable pencils for years now. I do use a different brand of pencil that I can sharpen, to define the outer corners, but even then it feels like I am dragging this product along with the other pencil. It goes on, so smooth and the color is just perfect for me.

Best formula and color!

really nice eyebrow pencil I really never do a whole lot of makeup or whatever but my eyebrows are kind of blonde and hard to see a little bit so I like to use this color and kind of just color them in a little bit so they look more pronounced and it does add a good feature to my face and I think this works really smooth I like the little brush that's on the end of it too to kind of get my eyebrow hairs in place and this was definitely the best price out of all the other ones I've gotten in the past and this color matches me the best so I'm definitely going to be getting this one in the future

The e.l.f. brow pencils are excellent and a GREAT value for the money. I've been buying them for at least 10 years because they're exactly what I need and the price is right. I've bought a few other brands over the years, and they were always MUCH more expensive than e.l.f., and yet they weren't any better. These pencils go on easily, blend with the brush and then use the brush to make the brows look a bit more natural. I wouldn't say that they're smudge resistant, but not too many of the pencils are. The pencils come in a variety of colors so should work for just about anyone. Given that I've bought them for over 10 years, I don't think there's any doubt that I recommend them.

Love these pencils! They're Great!

my new eyebrow pencil is easy to use. The tip stays firm and leaves a nice, well shaped brow. I really like that it doesn't rub off on my clothing.

Eyebrow stays put

I've been using elf brow pencil for a couple years and I'm happy with the color, ease of use, it glides on and the price is reasonable. I also appreciate the brow brush at the end. Happy with the product.

My favorite brow pencil

Local Walmart stores have done a reset of E.L.F. products and this item was not restocked. I went to five stores looking for this pencil without any success. The section and header were set for the display, but nothing was to be found. I ordered 6 online. I should be ready to go for awhile! I use several E.L.F. products other than this pencil. They are reasonably priced, attractively displayed and offer a wide variety of different options to choose from and purchase!

Love this Pencil

I bought a much more expensive pencil which broke after only a few uses. This less expensive option works just fine. It is easy to use, the color is nice and it has not broken! The brush can be used to make brows look more realistic. I'm glad I found this bargain.

Bargain Brows

I've bought one of these monthly for the past year and loved them until the last few months. I've had to replace them consistently because I thought they were broken. They retract and spin back down so easily it's almost a waste with the amount of frustration involved. They used to click back down so the tip stayed steady. Now in the middle of penciling down it disappears. Prepared to be disappointed with that!!

Faulty eyebrow pencils
