It doesn't rub off. It doesn't leave residue and you do not feel your makeup piling on top of it. It just is another product to help your foundation.

At first, it feels a little sticky, but that's what helps the makeup stick better and last longer. When I put my foundation on top, I feel like it goes on smoother and my skin looks more fresh and glowy.
The only thing is that you don't need to use too much, because if you apply too much, it can feel a little heavy or start to pill. A little bit goes a long way.
Overall, I would definitely buy it again. I don't think it's a primer that's going to work miracles, but for the price, I think it's really good and does what it's supposed to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This elf power grip matte primer is definitely a power gripper. Makeup lasted all day even after sweating in the hot heat! Product went on smooth has a slight stickiness that helped the foundation attach to it and stay in place. Once foundation was on it was no longer sticky. Coverage was great and it did not change the pigment color of my foundation. Would recommend for an all day wear under makeup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now thisssss I was excited to use this because people say it's a dupe for a really similar product for a very affordable price i have both and i can say this primer hold my makeup in place all day it has s slight sticky finish that grips makeup and keeps it where you applied it the packaging makes it so easy to use without making a mess and this is DEFINITELY a dupe for the brand they say it is!

Great primer with a great price

This one is no different. It's easy to apply but it sits on top of your skin. Make sure to let it dry before applying your foundation or you will have little pieces of rolled up primer all over.

Works great if you like makeup primers

When wearing it, I have no issues with any foundation separation or flaking, and everything stays in place in combination with the setting spray! The only thing is, because it's so sticky, my fingers end up being really sticky after and I have to wash my hands before doing the rest of my face, which can be a bother when you're in a rush. Nothing I mind too much, though. I can see myself going through this tube quickly!
