I'm really impressed! The fine tip makes drawing hair-like strokes so easy and natural. It's not too waxy or soft, just the right texture to fill in gaps and stay put all day. For the price, there's no need for the high-end versions; they do the same great job.

I got this awhile ago and I couldn't be happier with the results! Ive been using everyday since. At first i thought it wasnt going to be the correct color but then when I tried it... I was shocked! It matched almost perfectly!

This honestly went above and beyond what I expected, especially for the price(although I got this through a product campaign..iw will purchase this one from now on!) The micro-fine tip is my chef's kiss for creating realistic, hair-like strokes without ever looking heavy or overdone, also once brushed out, if you have a heavy hand like me lol but It glides on smoothly, doesn't skip and gives me total control, perfect for filling sparse areas while keeping brows soft and natural.

The taupe shade is perfection, especially for bottle blondes or even platinum blondes. I have naturally dirty-blonde hair that leans more brown in my brows plus I'm a bottle blonde on top and this shade blends seamlessly without pulling too warm, orange or gray. It just works and that's not easy to find.

I did notice some people mention that it can take a little longer to use, but honestly, if there's one thing I'm willing to take my time on, it's my eyebrows. Brows frame your face and the precision this pencil gives is absolutely worth the extra minute or two.

I also love that it's a twist-up pencil (no sharpening needed) and the spoolie actually does its job, great for blending and softening strokes. It lasts all day without smudging, yet removes easily at night.

This is officially my new favorite brow pencil. Not that I'm surprised, I already love, love, LOVE e.l.f., and this just confirms why I keep coming back

“Micro-fine” but MAJOR BROW UPGRADE!!!

I recently tried the e.l.f. Micro-Fine Brown Pencil and have been pleasantly surprised by how well it performs for the price. The micro-thin tip makes it super easy to create precise, hair-like strokes, which gives my brows a natural, defined look without feeling heavy. The brown shade matches my hair really well, and it's buildable without looking cakey or harsh. I also appreciate how easy it is to blend if I need a softer finish. For everyday makeup, this pencil has become a go-to in my routine — especially when I want a polished brow look without spending a lot. Overall, it's an affordable, reliable option that competes with higher-end brow pencils.

Worth a try

This eyebrow pencil is very sturdy and durable and isn't too pigmented in a bad way! Sometimes with other eyebrow pencils you can only put on a little and then it's too dark or hard to get off, but not this

Elf kindly gave me this Micro Fine Brow Pencil in Taupe for free so that I could review it.” It is such a beautiful color and applies very smoothly and since it's thin it give nice hair strokes.

This is my current favorite product for doing my brows in a more natural way. The applicator is a little finicky - I tend to store it tip up and then flip it when I'm ready to use. You have to use a gentle hand but its overall buildable and is a great shade match for me.

Subtle but Effective

I received a sample of this to try and unfortunately will not be buying it again. I feel like it goes on extremely light and the pencil breaks super easily. I prefer the benefit gel or a stronger pencil tip.

It's ok, would not purchase

Absolute worst product i have ever tried from elf brand!!!! I'm so disappointed in this eyebrow pencil. The tip no matter how much I turn it down and shake nothing comes out  of the tip at all only if you put alot of pressure and then the pressure flattens the tip so you might as well have a pencil! The worst! Trash 🗑

The worst!!!!

This product really did not last compared to their other eyebrow pens. The liquid leaked and then the cap broke and it dried out. I had it maybe two weeks before I had to throw it out.
