I decided to give this a try and I'm so glad I did! First of all, the strap on the back where I can put my finger is genius. Second, not getting makeup all over my hands from holding a sponge that has no backing is a big plus. Third, I love whatever this is made out of, as it helps my foundation go on smoothly and evenly.

So much better than the sponges I've been using!

This is the perfect sponge! I love the size, and the ease of blending. I use it for foundation and concealer. I use a bar of soap to clean it. I'll definitely repurchase this.

Airbrush finish

What a unique feeling this sponge has. So soft yet easy to use! My cleaning tip: I hold it like I normally do, run it under some water, apply a mild liquid soap and rub it against my palm. I find it does take time to dry like any other tool.

What a nifty tool!

I tried the Pillow Puff Foundation Sponge and was so impressed that it didn't lift the makeup from my face and product stayed where it should. The bouncy, ultra-soft, dense foam makeup sponge seamlessly applied and blended liquid and cream foundation for a streak-free even application. The sponge is also easy to clean with mild soap and water and didn't get stained.

Sponge Doesn't Lift Makeup From Face

I've had this for a little over two months now and I must say I really enjoy the clean, smooth finish it leaves. I predominantly use it for my under eyes with concealer and foundation; it works great and helps really pack in the product to cover my dark circles!

Holds Product Great and Fits Perfect Undereyes

This sponge is great for applying and blending liquid foundation! It definitely works best with thinner foundations. It's very functional and comfortable to use. It's different than any other makeup sponge I've used for foundation & is a much better shape. I typically use high end makeup brushes and I think this is amazing for the price point. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Impeccable Sponge!

I was skeptical about the functionality of this sucker. I was also surprised how great it works for two thing. The first foundation application of liquid and powder. I love powder foundation because I'm oily and sweaty. Worked great tapping it on the skin and leaving a fuller coverage than a brush. Secondly liquid, didn't think it would work great but it actually did. It helps give an even layer on the skin, making your skin appear almost airbrushed. I highly recommend this sponge!

Interesting little sucker!

I'm obsessed with the smooth and even application this gives, and love that I don't have to get it wet before using it. BUT, it got destroyed when I attempted to clean it. (And, despite it appearing as if it went through a war, I still couldn't clean all of the product out of it.) Team e.l.f. - can you please provide some cleaning advice? ￼

The sponge itself was fine quality wise but I didn't find using it to be very easy. It was hard for me to get an even finish especially around my nose and eyes.
