I love this brush. I use it with my bare minerals powder foundation. It offers more coverage than the bare minerals all over face brush at a fraction of the price. It does not get as clean as I would like when I wash it, but for the price, I just buy a new one.

I recently purchased this brush and I was surprised at the excellence of the quality. It compares favorably to other more expensive brushes.  The bristles are soft thus making it the perfect tool for applying face powder.

Excellent brush

So this item is a named “powder brush”, but it works wonderfully for liquid and cream foundation application for me! I watch YouTube makeup videos all the time, and noticed that the beauty gurus frequently used flat top brushes to apply their foundation. However, these brushes were typically a name brand and were very expensive. I picked up this brush on a whim because I liked the shape and it was VERY affordable (around $4 at the time that this review was written). To use the brush, I first moistened it with the Elf Mist and Set setting spray, and then I moved the brush in a brisk patting motion to blend in liquid or cream foundation that had already been dotted in areas across my face. I find that using this brush with this technique allows a smooth and even application of product. This technique gives a more “full coverage” makeup look, as the brush does not thin out the foundation. I imagine that a lighter coverage look could be achieved if more of a ‘sweeping' motion was used to blend in the foundation. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase, and I always pick up extras when I can find them at Walmart.

I bought this a month ago and I am so so happy with the outcome even though it's a powder brush I also use it for my foundation and it gives me the best airbrush look... I call it the magic brush.❤❤❤❤

Love e.l.f. products and this one is no explanation. Sturdy and glides on with ease. Bristles do not shed like others. Anytime I have a choice and e.l.f. is one of the options I choose e.l.f. eveytime. Highly recommend their products  and quality.

e.l.f is top of the line

when I say you get a FLAWLESS finish using this powder brush, no exaggeration. I have been using my 1 brush for 5 years. Im not a makeup freak only on weekends when I go partying or if I feel a little pick me up during the week, but for 5 years and absolutely no issues. It never fell apart, shed, NOTHING. It also picks up powder easily, you end up using less powder for more coverage which makes my mac compact last way longer. Im thinking I need to buy a new one because 5 years is ridiculous even though I don't need a new one

HOLY GRAIL

Easy to use, brush bristles are soft and non-irritating.  Basically, the brush does what it is supposed to.  Reasonable price.

I like the brush have a 2 star because I do like the brush but it broke from the stick right when I pulled it out of packaging! I had to glue it back together.
