When they say stay all day, they ain't playing! I work in a nursing home where temps can vary from room to room, not to mention you sweat anyway just from working, and this spray makes sure my makeup is looking fresh my entire shift

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this primer! It's very sticky and thick, I wait until it feels tacky on my skin and then go in with either my concealer or foundation, I haven't had any issues and my skin has had no breakouts or irritation!

holds up well

This primer is great! I struggle with hooded lids and eyeshadow will not stay with out creasing. It creasing in less then a half hour usually. I tried a thin layer on my lids with this before applying shadow for a shoot and it worked great! Still creased after about 3 hours because I have oily lids but I was able to buff some eyeshadow in again and good as new!

It has a slightly tacky consistency and I can feel it actually gripping my skin as I apply it. It is easy to apply and spreads evenly across the skin. When it comes to effectiveness, this stuff definitely delivers. My makeup stays put all day, and even into the second if I forget to wash it off. 

This primer certainly lives up to its name. The grip is real, and so are the results.

Melts into your skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really underestimated how sticky this primer was, but wow does it work! When wearing it, I have no issues with any foundation separation or flaking, and everything stays in place in combination with the setting spray! The only thing is, because it's so sticky, my fingers end up being really sticky after and I have to wash my hands before doing the rest of my face, which can be a bother when you're in a rush. Nothing I mind too much, though. I can see myself going through this tube quickly!

Super grippy primer, works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This power grip primer works so well that as soon as you apply this to your skin, you can feel the stickiness set in and your face is ready for some layers. While this a weight loss feeling product, my only negative is that is dries so quick and can make for uneven application so work quickly. Overall for the price and amount, I would still 100% recommend.

Yes but …

I really wanted to love this, but there was one thing that was a total deal breaker and I had to stop using it! So, I tried this primer for about a week with my NYX can't stop won't stop foundation. Completely fell in love with it! It applied very nicely and my skin looked smooth every time I do my makeup. Also, It did amazing controlling my oils, and at the same time, hydrated my skin. However, one day when the hot weather came and temperature went up, I was sweating. Thinking that my makeup was secure and no sweat or water could ruin this makeup, but boy was I wrong! I looked in the mirror and a bunch of white stream marks were on my face! I went to get a tissue to pat dry, but it lifted my makeup and patches of the foundation came off with it! Now, I think because the primer is water-based and my foundation is silicone-based, that they were not compatible. I've tested it a couple more times but this time just with water and it definitely left wet marks on my face and it did the same problem. I'm so sad it didn't work for me.
