I bought this set to replace my more expensive sponges & they all 3 work great. You can use them damp for foundation & concealer or dry/damp to apply powder strategically & even bake if that's your vibe. I love these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, I have tested these sponges (foundation/concealer stains) but they have been cleaned with soap after use. (Yes they stain)
If staining is an issue than I would skip these.. although they are great sponges! I just threw out my beauty blender. (Crazy thought but I was not a fan of the B.B.. it's garbage imo and there are so much cheaper alternatives that don't soak up your products!) 
I would definitely recommend this set of 3 over the B.B any day!
