I purchased this brush in Target over a year ago, and I also received one in an e.l.f. palette. This brush confused me at first. I was not entirely sure how to work this into my eyeshadow routine; but once I figured it out, it became essential! I dip this brush into the darker color of my eye look and use it to get an angle for the coveted "defined outer v." This brush allows enough control to not over-apply the shadows and the slight angle truly makes it perfect for defining the eye. This brush is a great value and does not shed. This brush is an absolute must for a precise, defined eyeshadow look.

I have slightly hooded eyes and always had trouble finding a brush to shade my outer V. I looked at high end and low end brushes to fit my needs to no avail... until I found this brush. I bought this on a whim and I'm so glad I did. This has shaved minutes off of my makeup application. Please do not change or get rid of this brush. I will be buying a back up of this just incase. This brush is also good for putting color on the brown bone. The bristles feel so soft, it's like touching natural hair.

Great for shading the outer V

I am in love with this brush. I use it literally everytime i do my makeup. It is perfect for any and every smokey eye and gives me what my others can't. Blends beautifully but is also precise. The only thing about this brush I don't like is that I can not find this brush in stores anymore and I really want more. I check everytime I'm at any store that carries Elf and it just disappeared. Will be ordering more soon

FAVORITE!

I apply a light, shimmery pearl all over the lid, then a darker color to the outer eye and slightly into the crease. Then I use the medium color in the crease, beginning where I left off with the darker color, all the way to the inner corners of the eyes. When done in a "windshield wiper" type motion, this brush blends those three beautifully. After that, I use the tip to apply a dab of the lightest eye shadow shade on my brow bone, and use this brush again to blend them all together. If I had to choose only one brush to use on my eyes, this would be it! The only downside: brush wasn't glued very securely to the handle and came apart, but I just glued them back together.

My go-to brush for eyes!

I love this brush. It's so easy to use! I can make some really cool details with it. It's great when used wet.

This brush has the perfect angle and is the perfect size for my mixed asian eyes. I was expecting it to be too big for the corners of my eyes, but it was just right. It should work for people normal sized eyes too.

i found it by accident at my local superstore, and it is the brush i use the most! It gives me a lot of control and is easy to load and subsequently clean. I am planning on buying a second for myself and some for gifts!

This is my favorite brush!!

I've been looking for an eyeshadow brush that I really like- that doesn't take too much eyeshadow and doesn't feel rough on my skin. This brush does wonders and is my favorite eyeshadow brush I own.

Favorite eyeshadow brush

I first bought this brush 5 or 6 years ago, when I started getting into makeup. In the past several years, I have bought countless brushes from many brands, including high-end brands and I always went back to this brush for packing on color on the lid. I ended up buying 6 more of these because I CANNOT do without this brush! Definitely not a blending brush and mediocre for crease application. But it is hands down the best brush for packing color onto the lids!!! It picks up so much pigment and it is not too large like other eyeshadow brushes. The angle allows for precise application and prevents you from accidently going up to the crease. It's especially helpful for when you're doing a cut crease look.

Bought this on the whim and it turn out to be really good.
I really love the design of the brush. It's perfect for crease and v-shape for the eyes.
It made creating the v-shape effect really easy.
The only problem is the bristle is too hard and shed. I want this brush with better bristle quality.

i don't hate it that much. i thought i was goin to be happy since its a nice angled brush perfect for crease but the bristles were kinda rough. when i took it out of the package the ferrule immediately came off the wood and i was like this is stupid. i did however try it even without the wooden handle. it did work but man stupid flimsy product.
