For the price point it's nice.
Gives a healthy glow. Not sparkly.
I like the 4 different shades. Use light to highlight browbone. Darker shade can contour.

I love this product! Makes my face look refreshed and helps spread my concealer so evenly. I so hope they bring it back from "vacation"! I have yet to find anything of the same quality and price. Please come back, Illuminating Palette!!

Why is it discontinued if it is so Great?

These shades are nice highlighters, with subtle sheen, not glaring or over-the-top like some that I have tried.  I like them and would certainly buy it again, or just the shade that works best for me, once I determine that.

Nice range of shades, subtle sheen

I have been looking for this palette forever now, and once I saw it in one of my local department stores, I knew I had to snag it! This product is SO popular, and definitely lives up to the hype! You can go from a subtle highlight, to an absolutely popping highlight. It is so easy to control the amount of product you apply to your face, and it really is illuminating. It is not gritty, and it is finely milled! It is definitely a product I use every day.

Awesome Texture!

I can't say enough how much/deeply I am in love with this palette! I am pale with rosacea so finding a highlight of any kind that looks flattering on my particular skin is difficult to say the least. With the e.l.f Illuminating Palette I have found not just one but four beautiful highlight colors! I am so happy with this!

Finally!!!!

This product is not the typical glowy highlighter, and is very subtle and a little powdery. I'm not necessarily disappointed with it, but it's definitely more of a natural healthy glow to the face than a highlight or makeup-guru glow. Would be good for school or the office.

Good if you want a subtle glow

The Illuminating Palette had a lot of potential, but the reality is they all after very soft and muted. As far as highlighters are concerned, they don't carry much in the way of shimmer, which is ok if the satin finish is reflective enough, but really these sort of fall flat. The powder itself is great and very fine, but they just don't reflect enough light. I'm sorry to be disappointed.

Depends on what you're looking for...

It does get the work done but it's a more of a soft look. If your looking for a more blinding glo look for another product because this will only illuminate your face. I feel like people expected a blinding glo and gave it a bad review. But I do agree that it's chalky. I do feel like this palette is unnecessary for my face. I'd rather use a highlight.

Great illuminating palette

Because I cannot get these to show up on my face at all. I've tried different brushes, different foundation bases, I tried putting down a liquid highlight to see if that helped in any way, and these just didn't deliver any sort of luminosity or shine at all on my face. Am I doing something wrong? This is the first time I've been actively disappointed with an e.l.f. product that I've ordered.

I feel like I'm missing something.

you can put this on top to give you that satin finish but its not a highlighter. I REPEAT ITS NOT A HIGHLIGHTER. there is almost noooo shine to this.i use it as subtle blush for the colored ones in this palatte. I have medium shade skin. and it is chalky so blend welllllllllll. good thing it was part of the free goodies u get with a code.oh and if u have oily skin and u want veryyyy subtle highlight I would recommend this.
