This is my favorite pencil eyeliner because it has just a touch of shimmer and is a little creamier than the matte pencil.  It's getting really hard to find.  Grab it while you can!

I bought the black and white of this pencil. The jury is still out on the black -- it doesn't seem very shimmery to me. The white, however, is just useless. There's no pigmentation, and can't be used for what I bought it for: highlighting inner eye and browbone. Not crazy about this product overall.

I bought the Black Bandit eyeliner and loved it (this is actually my most favorite eyeliner pencil at the moment). The price is great if you're on a budget, the amount of shimmer is not tacky at all, and as long as you keep your pencil sharp, it goes on great and lasts me all day!

Essential!

I have this eyeliner in every shade but the white, and while I don't really use the colored ones, the black eyeliner is great. You do have to sharpen it pretty often to get the pigment to come through, but since it already comes with a sharpener, it's not much of a problem.

Love this eyeliner!

I bought this when it was listed as "sale" I thought it was going away...
I see it as a regular product now and I am very glad. It is the best Teal I have found. Did not want sparkle and it is not. And I love that it has the sharpener in the cap, very convenient. Smooth, easy to apply, stays put all day

Best color and staying power

The first few times I bought it I LOVED it. But I bought some at a store and it did not shimmer or apply like it did before. So I purchased 2 from ELF site and am again disappointed. It does not apply w/out a lot of effort and there is NO shimmer. Very disappointed.

Something changed.

I bought the pearl eyeliner and its so great! the pigmentation is shimmery and it brightens your eyes so well! it naturally goes on light as a pigment and you have too layer on more if u want it to look intense. although you need to sharpen the pencil the get the most out of the pigment, but it isn't much :) LOVEE IT FOR A DOLLAR UGH

SOOOO LITT

I wanted to use this to highlight my inner corners, and it performed so bad. It goes on splotchy, can't get a smooth line, and it makes my inner corners look cakey and crusty (EW). Splurge on a higher quality product, you really get what you pay for here. It drags too much to even be used as a normal eyeliner. Other colors may perform better, but the iconic ivory isn't the best.

No point in getting this

This is a great eyeliner that has multiple uses. I bought this in black. Personally, I like to use it thinly on my upper lid. I do not see much shimmer in the product, but I actually like it that way. The black is very bold, however throughout the day it will start to smudge just a tad. The built in sharpener is very handy. I also like the size of this product, especially for the price. It is very smooth when applying and doesn't scratch your skin.

Great everyday eyeliner!

I'm a total eyeliner junkie, so I was more then stoked to see that elf had new shimmer eye pencils, so I HAD to give them a try! I ended up getting every color of these haha :) I was worried they would be really hard to apply, since I've had some issues with their normal eye pencils being hard to apply, tugging at my eyelid and such, but these seriously just glide right on! The colors are so vivid and pigmented it's incredible! I could not believe the quality of this product for the price I paid, it's amazing. These look AWESOME for a night out, but some of the neutral colors like the Boldly Bronzed & the Iconic Ivory also work for the daytime. I will say that the Iconic Ivory color looks amazing on your waterline for a fresh looking eye. The staying power is also amazing! I wore the Boldly Bronzed color today and almost 10 hours later it still looks just as it did when I applied it! Good job elf!! In my picture the colors are in this order from left to right: Black Bandit, Gunmetal, Boldly Bronzed, Plum Passion, Twinkle Teal, Grassy Green, Precious Pink, Blissful Blush, & Iconic Ivory.
