Blushing over my brush!

I did some Googling of product reviews by bloggers for these, and I noted that all of the colors seemed like they might work for people with the "Spring" color scheme. I was also impressed with the level of pigmentation and the look of these glosses in the examples I saw. So I decided to buy four different colors, including two including a rosy/berry tone and a red tone which normally wouldn't work for me. I went for those because the rosy/berry tone contained gold microglitter, which I figured would warm it up; and the red, while looking close to the classical blue-toned type, still seemed warm enough. I was extremely pleased when these arrived and I tried them. All of the colors are excellent, as is the product. It has a quality of being definitely "there" and looks like lipstick but a little softer, without being Va Va VOOM! in intensity, even for these very pretty, intense and feminine tones. I think I will buy the rest of the colors as well, and I hope that the company continues to make this product. It's definitely a win in terms of a truly useful, highly pigmented gloss.

Great Way for "Springs" To Get Different Colors

Got this as a free gift and i LOVEEEEE this brush. Blends out my contour smoothy. Used it with the new contour stix - made for each other. Just draw the lines and this brush will blend it out like a dream. Great for blush too, I even contoured my eyes with the tip of the brush. So soft. Nice bristles. Perfection.

Now this was a pleasant surprise

I also have elf's other contouring brush like this, the flat one.  I don't get the point of the shape of this one because it seems to perform the same as the other one (I think this one might be a little gimmicky).  That said, this brush performs very well and I would recommend it.  Just don't bother getting both, unless you need a backup for brush shampoo day.

Great brush

I purchased this product in the shade Luke, because berry/violet tones are complimenting to my medium complexion. When I received this in the mail, I noticed that this shade is very bold and dramatic, but not so much that it didn't match the image on the website. The applicator is flat and took me a minute to get it out of the tube, but this only proved its endurance and did not show any signs of leaking easily. After trying it on my lips for the first time, the colour adds a positive pop of drama to my look. It only requires one swipe on each lip to get achieve strong pigmentation, which shocked me at first because it is very opaque. This colour in particular does not contain as much glitter as the others, but it might be harder for me to see because the colour is such a deep berry. This product takes quite a while to dry, and when it does (hours later, I shall add) there is still an identical stain that is not a hassle to remove at the end of the day.

As far as the odor is concerned, it does have an odd smell, but it was not too strong for me individually, although others have reported otherwise. However, it wasn't apparent to me after wearing the product for about a minute or so, and no one has voiced any thoughts on the smell. Personally, I have refrained from my habit of licking my lips almost a whole year, so the taste (if any) is not a problem for me. My lips have never felt dry with this product, but this might be due to my daily application of chap stick that nurtures my lips practically 24/7. 

All in all, this is my absolute favourite gloss from ANY company. It have very strong pigmentation, which is a plus for me. It also takes a long duration of time for it to dry up, which is also a positive feature. It is not a low quality item, and I wish that is had more recognition from the makeup and beauty audience.

My all-time favourite gloss!

This is one of the best lip products I own, from Elf or otherwise. The formula hugs my lips and stays put. The texture is creamy; not at all greasy, sticky, or gloppy. The color payoff is fantastic. The scent and taste are pleasant. Even the longer doe-foot applicator is a plus -- it delivers just the right amount of product with one swipe. If you're looking for the kind of super-wet gloss that you can see your reflection in and it looks like it could drip off of your lips at any second, these creamy glosses won't be for you. But personally, I'd take these over several much higher priced glosses I've tried, any day. Add more colors please, Elf. But otherwise, don't change a thing!

Easiest Five Stars Ever

I have these in Scott, Mark and Joe. (Its cute that they are like the names of your exes) I really like these as they are actually pigmented, they aren't too shimmery and they come in a variety of shades. It is a thick (in a good way) formula and it does have an odd smell but not really bad. You can't smell it on your lips either.

A pigmented lipgloss!

Just bought this and tested it out overtop of of a nude lipstick, as well as on it's own. I think it would have worked better with a doe-foot applicator, as the applicator it comes with is flimsy and is difficult to apply an even layer with. I try to rub my lips together to even it out but it tends to gather around the border of my mouth.

Strange application

So I order this color Luke and Brian and Brian I tried right away and I am in love ! These lipgloss are so awesome..... Smell great not stick but go on pretty .... However I tried using the Luke and the applicator stood inside! I contacted elf they were amazing to respond quick and replace it....I recieevd quickly but same issue applicator stood inside uughhh! Is it this color only maybe!!!!!! I wrote back to them again ! Cross fingers ..... Anyone Expierence tHis???
