Well to start we ordered the 2-pack of utility trailer tired. One the day they were to arrive we only received 1 tire! The driver said yes he knew that and the other one will probably be here the next day. Well that didn't ever happen. I finally called the tire company that shipped them tract it and he said it was reported lost on shipping.. He was very nice and said they would get another tire shipped immediately and we should have it in approximately 1 week, so it should be here this week no later than Friday.
The tire we received looks like a good tire and rim.  We don't use it every day but like to have it when we need it and tire and rim  looks like we got a good deal.
How in the world do you lose 1 tire when it was a package of 2. 
We think they are a great buy for our needs.
