Smell

good price and very fast delivery time

This is the second Eco-Therapy for Shoulders and Upper Back.  The first one was lighter and filled with oats and unscented.  The only downside to the first one is that since the grains was pointed it made holes in the bamboo cover and kept falling out.  My current Eco-Therapy is heavier since it is filled with micobeads plus it is very strongly scented.  Personally I preferred my first purchase since it was lighter and not strongly scented.  I am very senstiive to scents and smells.

I wish that I had of read the instructions first. I did not realize that you have to put it in the microwave with a glass of water to heat it up. I am not lazy but wanted something easy to use. Wish that the instruction were on the box. It does not stay hot long enough for me. I am back to using my heating pad. What a waste of my money.

The wrap itself is fantastic.  But the smell is just tooo much.  It is very strong, especially considering it is next to your head.  This will likely be returned.

Strong smell

Lovely scent - too bad the lavender and oats pour out of the holes in the bamboo cover. There is a good reason the 'other heat/cold bags' use a durable cotton. This is a good design for effective coverage but the bag itself is terrible. This bag was used twice before it fell apart. TWICE!

Bamboo material doesn't hold up

I received this as a gift and I followed the instructions and it didnt heat up at all. I am very dissapointed with this product.

I am very disappointed in this product,it takes forever to heat up . It pourly put together, the stitching was undoing when I opened it,

your products suck!!!

I just bought the tourmaline pack today and it has a very strong odour, almost like mosquitoe repellant. Is this normal?

Is the product supposed to smell?
